Sales associates are always courteous, but "express" service is anything but quick. Every time I come for a scheduled appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated I am here well over one hour. :(. Even when I am I one of the first appointment of the day!
2018 Subaru Legacy - bob
Last year I purchased a 2018 Subaru Legacy V6 with all the bells and whistles. No problems until yesterday. Suddenly no radio, Bluetooth, navigation system or back up camera. After two hours of sitting around waiting for my car to be repaired, I was told that I need a new radio and it would be a 10 day wait. I asked if it could be express mailed to me overnight and was told NO there is a backlog on these systems. I feel this is totally unreasonable to have to wait 10 or more days for a car that has under 10,000 miles! This is my first experience purchasing a Subaru and I can adamantly say I will NEVER purchase another Subaru again!!

I took my Toyota to Fox because I was getting poor gas mileage. They did a "diagnostic" and happily took my $49 but told me I'd have to leave the car overnight so they could do a more detailed diagnostic.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Needless to say I did not leave the car, nor shall I ever return.
While I was there I noticed a tremendous number of employees with seemingly nothing to do. There was one who's title must have been "part go getter," another "money taker," and a whole gaggle of "stand arounders." This dealership has A LOT OF OVERHEAD AND THAT MONEY'S GOT TO COME FROM SOMEONE, and it's NOT going to come from me.
