Everyone at Myrtle Beach Jeep is absolutely wonderful, especially Josh (my sales guy from the beginning) and of course Robbie - both all-round great guy's and the best and consider them great friends and I cant leave out Christina in service super sweet and always takes good care of us. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles in the past 3-4 years and I have always been treated with professionalism, they are always courteous and understand what I want in a vehicle. It took 3 tries and a year to fix our air conditioner. Each time we paid more than $400 for it to stop working within months and be told "Oh, it's just because of the age of the car". Finally the third time, we complained to management and ended up paying almost $1,000. Let's see how long it lasts this time. In my opinion, we should not have been charged for the second fix which only lasted 2 months.

I have a 2016 f250 gas and recently dropped it off for a cel and loss of power. I have some mechanic background and knew what the issue was but do not have the tools at home to do it. I was told they would change the battery and put plugs and wires in. Upon picking up my truck I seen they had not cleaned the battery cable ends or even made an attempt to do so. I’m glad I spent all that money for them to do this stuff And they half done it. Makes me question if they actually done anything they charged me for

My 2014 Jeep Cherokee totally quit on me after a battery exchange. I thought that was it, it'll be $1000 to $2000 dollar repair because something was cooked, erased or worse. Going to a "dealership for repairs" seemed crazy. My mechanic said he'd trust Conway Chrysler Jeep before any others because they were honest. Guess what? A reset and update of the computer and 2 recalls repaired was ONLY $85.00! It cost $100 dollars to get it towed from Little River, and my insurance paid for that! These men and women are the best and can be trusted beyond belief! Three hours from drop off to drive out. Wow. I can't thank them enough! In times like these it's nice to know there's still good people around.

Riley & Josh sold me my charger & that process was AWESOME! Within the first month I discovered the navigation was glitched, long story short it needed a new radio. I buy almost a 50k car & it has a faulty radio unit. I’ve been a loyal customer to dodge & McKinney in recent years…NEVER AGAIN! Buy elsewhere if you want to be truly taken care of.

I purchased my Ram at another dealership but due to bad service I started having my service done at Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram about 2 years ago. When I am ready to trade it will be with Piedmont and that is all because of Bryan Ward and the service department. Service is everything to me and Bryan knows me and my preferences. He calls me by name and makes sure that everything that I wanted done is completed right. If I can't trust the dealership to perform service on my vehicle I will not buy from them. I trust Piedmont Chrysler Dodge and recommend them highly.
