I have to add my negative review to others for this KIA dealership. I have three KIAs and used to be very happy with the service department here. In the last year or so, things have changed and not for the better. When I took my newest KIA in for its first service, I asked the service advisor what the mileage interval was for service on this model. He replied that he had no idea. Really? If he doesn't know, who does?
Then yesterday I took car in again for a schedule service appointment. It was a Saturday. I asked the service advisor, Haylee, to text me when the car was ready. Instead, she called me, and told me I could pick it up at my convenience. Since it was a Saturday, I began to wonder about that, so I called the number she had used to contact me that showed up on my caller ID. My call was apparently forwarded to the Nissan dealer next door (same ownership?). The man I spoke with said I could just go into the showroom and they would take my payment and give me the keys and they were open till 6pm.
When I got there, I was told Service was closed and I would have to wait until MONDAY to get the car, which was parked in front unlocked. The vehicle was full of equipment that had to be delivered to a jobsite THAT DAY. They don't care.
After a lot of insistence on my part and a demand to speak to the owner of the dealership, I finally got my keys and left a check for payment.
Ridiculous. Drive to Anderson or Greenville if you have a KIA.
