My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days! My Mazda6 was well taken care of and now driving smoother than before.

David Jourden and Tim Wilson went above and beyond the call on my behalf. I came in with a broken skid plate hanging off the bottom of my 2017 Buick LaCrosse. David quickly identified the problem and asked Tim if he had a replacement part Turns out the skid plate I needed is no longer used by Buick. None were in stock at the dealership. Tim went online and found one with a two-day delivery. When the new skid plate arrived David called me and I came out. The Ssrvice Department hapoened to be short-staffed tha afternoon. David installed the new skid plate for me himself. David and Tim are two gentlemen who went out of their way to help me. Let me start by saying a few years ago I swore I would never come back here. However, McDaniels is on a two month wait so I called and scheduled an oil change and MIL light issue. The phone pleasantries were nice but what shocked me was all the change in staff once I pulled up. They even had a new set up. I was greeted by Seth who looked up my appointment and took time to hear me out. Before it felt like I was just a number getting pushed through a big system. But today I felt like I was a VIP. Like my car mattered even though it is not new. I try to take care of all of my belongings and he even noticed the cleanliness of my car (Betsy) is her name ;). I got an answer on my issues and received an oil change and I am scheduled to come back next week to look further into other issues I did not even know existed. Betsy and I will only be coming back to Midlands from here on out. Thank you for seeing me Midlands and Seth.
