First time to dealership, have to admit the reviews I read on line for previous 1.5 yrs were not that good for service. They are the only Toyota dealership between WilmNC & CharlestonSC, without going inland. I found the service woman, Shaline courteous & knowledgeable. May only complaint was the price to diagnosis my hatch lift, which she quotedwd b $150, no matter if it took 5 mins or 5 hours. I passed on that, but the gate worked inside the
repair bay while we were talking about it.

On Saturday the 1st. February I was traveling from the Northeast on my way to Florida, when my engine lite came on. Needless to say I became very concerned and there were words flashing saying Grate Flapper malfunction. I stopped my car and called my Toyota dealership at home and explained my problem and they advised me to have the car checked out. They gave me the address for Davis Toyota.
I walked into the service department and was greeted by Ken who was courteous and quick to address the car problem. He engaged his senior mechanic Vince and with in a short period of time the car was fixed and I was able to continue my trip. Thank you for a pleasant experience Davis Toyota 💜

Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They replaced a tail light. The turn signal & reverse light did not work after I got it home. The light did not even look like the other one. Had to make appt to get it fixed. Checked before I left, yep it looked the same as other light and worked. Again after I got home realized the rear bumper is not flush on one side (the bumper is remover to replace the light). So I contacted the Service Manager, Desaray, and I am to contact her as to when I can bring it in AGAIN. Contacted early in the morning, left VM. No return Csll. Called again before lunch and Receptionist said she would carry the message directly to her. And here it is over an hour later and no return call. Looking now for another dealership to do my service and purchase my next car. And because of this experience may not be a Toyota. Service Manager’s name is spelled Desiree.

Charged $215 for a new key + $115 for programming. (2013 a Toyota Camry) I purchased a key online for $50 and they said it did not work.
The key I purchased online was a “H” model and the key they sold me was a “G” model. I noticed this as soon as they handed me the cut key. The dealer should have noticed this immediately in which he could have told me I purchased the wrong key model. But why would they do that when they could make and extra $215 off of me?!?!?
Complete rip off. If you can purchase your key online please do so. Even if you have to buy both models of the key. You will still come out under the dealer price. Then you can just return the other key.

ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in the past couple of years and was about to purchase a 3rd this week. Multiple staff members lied to me and made false promises. When reported to the GM, he spent more time defending his staff than trying to make things right. They refused to sell to me when I called them out for trying to overcharge me for a skirting kit which I was quoted 3 different prices for. I received a quote from another Toyota dealer which was $2000 less than what Ralph Hayes was trying to charge me. I had texts to prove the conversations but the GM still made excuses. They lost a $40,000 sale over a couple thousand dollar skirting kit they did not want to sell me. They encouraged me to purchase aftermarket parts instead. So disappointed and will never return. Can NOT be trusted to be honest.
