I bought my Honda Pilot last year, I have had several issues with the audio system for which I have taken it to the dealer for twice now. Last week I took it in for problems with the audio (again), the anti lock brake system (the anti lock broke engages at random times and its frightening) and water running down in my headlight when I take it through the car wash. Naturally, they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. "Everything is working as intended", Rick told me. The rental car ended up costing me $200.00. Rick Nicholls has been the service advisor since I bought the car, he has been nothing but rude and unprofessional since day one. I will not go back to this dealer, I will find another one that has better service that can/will diagnose a problem.

This Memorial Day is a good time to talk about men of integrity...among many other things, men and women of integrity “do the right thing even if nobody is watching”...believe me, I know men and women of integrity...I flew in combat with them...I can also recognize those that lack integrity...that describes the Morristown Honda Service department...be very careful dealing with them...they will not own up to their mistakes and may not even call you back about the problem, even after saying they will several times...very poor, unprofessional service...be very careful with them...a safer bet is to go elsewhere for service.

Service Department was OUTSTANDING. In transit through Memphis, I called about a problem with my new CRV. These gentlemen invited me to stop by, evaluated the problem (which could not be reproduced), took the vehicle in and examined it in the shop. All at no charge! They assured us that all was well and safe to continue our journey home to Maryland. Beyond that, both Buzz and Donnie were most pleasant, caring, and involved in the issue. They are both good, kind, Christian gentlemen, and I would have no hesitation taking any vehicle to them for service. Highly recommend their shop!

Worst service experience I've ever had. Brought my car in for pre-paid maintenance* and to check an electrical issue. I was told within 2 hours that my car was badly water damaged from a clogged drain and would required $2250 in labor just to begin assessing the problem. I was advised to open an insurance claim for environmental damage. That was the last time anyone at the shop contacted me. I opened the claim and the service center then spent the next two weeks without contacting me or responding to my insurance agent's requests for information (damage photos, estimate for repair), so I was unable to get a rental car approved by my insurance company. When I could reach him, the service advisor constantly promised action but did not follow through. Throughout this time, my vehicle was left outdoors on their lot without the drain issue corrected, so it was taking on water during multiple spring storms. After two weeks and unreturned calls to both the service manager and general manager, I informed the shop I'd be picking up my car, and they had still not completed the oil change, etc. I brought it in for in the first place (and which had been promised to be completed "in the next 30 minutes" a week before). I brought my car to another dealership, where the drains were opened for one hour of labor ($135) and I was given guidance to dry out the vehicle without additional cost. It was ready in two hours.
And yes, I made the dealership aware of these issues when they contacted me about my service experience, and no one reached out with so much as an apology, let alone actual compensation for my time or inconvenience.
*I tried to cancel the prepaid maintenance plan, but discovered it was not the official Honda Care but rather an Autonation product that could only be canceled if I brought the vehicle back in for a mileage check, which will be difficult since I never plan to set foot in there again. Instead I'm going to have another dealership buy out my lease and be done with this group forever.

I bought a 2019 Honda CR-V EXL at this location a year ago. I had a crack in one of my fog lights and scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. We had bought all the extended coverages on this vehicle. The light lens did not look like it was hit by anything and about a few days ago I noticed the light had condensation inside of it with no cracks. Anyway the service guy says it’s not covered and it would be $450 with labor. Anyway they then said they couldn’t even repair it because they DID NOT HAVE the part nor could they ORDER IT!!!!???? What??? A car that’s one year old?? Anyway they said I could but put on “a list” and they could call me if and when they get it. So I call another Honda dealer in town and they have the part... stay away from Autonation Honda on Parkside Drive...

bought a used car the next day the transmission was bad they wouldnt fix it right or even trade me out of the car got run arounds and they screwed us for 1200.00 we cant even trade it off cause they put us so upside down we cant get it fixed and they dont do a all points inspection on these used cars they just sell junk i would of done better to have gone to a buy here pay here lot i probably would have gotten a better car

Definitely would recommend Crest Honda! Great customer service. Came in for a recall and door issues, The vehicle is out of warranty, however I have brought the vehicle in for the door issue before. The dealership honored the warranty for the door part that was required, since this was my first time on the second visit out side of my warranty for the same issue!

Horrible attitude, sarcastic service guy, to busy cutting up with the ladies up front to take care of my questions, cuss words used, tech was to interested in flirting with the lady at the desk behind me to explain the cost of the repair, cell phone usage instead of focusing on my cost concerns,would NOT recommend Matt Hicks honda of kingsport.
