Horrible service department!!... couldn't get anyone to return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back. I bought my car there and have had service done there before. So disgusted, took my car to another dealership (not a Mazda.)to have it repaired. Won't be back to Wyatt Johnson for anything.

We are from Kentucky and our Mazda CX-5 had suddenly shut down while on vacation in Pidgeonforge., Tennessee. We were kind of stranded, but we’re able to get to our cabin thru our daughter and her family. The next morning we needed some help from the dealership to possibly look at our car once we got it towed there. My husband called the dealership Saturday morning, the next day. The receptionist was as rude as can be, wouldn’t allow my husband to even talk with the mechanic, and told us ‘ don’t know what to tell yah’ . We’ve never been treated so rudely, and we are an elderly couple. Just needed to let you all know, so she doesn’t chase customers away, with her ignorance!

Two thousand miles after taking my Miata to BG Mazda for its 40K maintenance my rear brake pads had scored and damaged the rotors beyond repair, leading to a big repair bill from them. When I asked why they had not told me earlier that my brake pads should be replaced, the explanation I received from their service rep Felicia was that they only checked the outboard pad. She said the inboard pad gets more wear, so she was telling me that their inspection is of the part with less wear, which is stupid beyond belief.

Had to go in for my 10,000 mile oil change. Staff was very friendly and very fast service. I forgot to turn my coupon in at the beginning and Donna took care of me at the end. Tire pressure light came on after I left and they took me right back and fixed it for me. Amazing service will recommend to everyone and will definitely go back for my 15,000 change

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. They have my business and i have never heard any thing negative here in town.
