We miss Ralph but we do like the serivce area. It is second to none. Glad they elevated Mike Fields into service manager when they did. Seneca Bradley is someone I have gotten to know over the years and know he is terrific when I take in our cars.

I did not have any problems getting my extension of rental car or dealing with my insurance adjuster, all of this was taken care by the representative. I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. They have my business and i have never heard any thing negative here in town. thanks pro auto tom

I called the Parts/Service department trying to locate some struts for my Suzuki Forenza. (I do business with NTB and have very good mechanics that have worked on my car in the past; all I was needing was a price on the struts themselves.) This dealership was not cooperating with NTB when they called so I took matters into my own hands and called the service department myself. The person I spoke with, forgot his name, was very rude and condescending. I was myself already upset that I had waited since yesterday afternoon to get a quote and no one would give a quote on the cost of the struts to NTB. I told this person over the phone that since they could not cooperate in giving a quote that my inclination was never to buy a Suzuki ever again. His response to that was " Well it makes me not want to sell the part to you." At that point I hung up on him. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use this dealership again. I then turned around and called Goss Suzuki in Rivergate, got a very nice gentleman in the service dept. I explained the situation to him, not only did he give me a quote on the price but he even told me that he would get it to NTB for me once the struts came in which would be about 2 or 3 days. (they had just sold their last set of struts yesterday)Listen up Service dept at Suzuki of Nashville, customer service is where it is at and not the selling of the car! Car servicing and repairs are what a customer has to deal with for the long term and you would do well to remember that. You could take a few lessons from the service dept at Goss!
