Rob was super competent, efficient and friendly. He expedited the process of resolving a complicated issue that the dealership in Dayton had misdiagnosed and was trying to charge me more than $700 for work that would not have solved the problem! (My car has only 13,000 miles on it and is still under warranty). My gratitude to Rob and your service dept. I would also like to give credit to one of your salesmen, Bob Woods, who has hung in with me on this for several months. Now this is what makes Subaru’s reputation so stellar!

I leased a Volvo XC90 T8 when I lived in Georgia. I leased because the hybrid technology was new to Volvo and I wasn’t sure how good it would be. Good for first 2 years, then started having issues.
I decided to return at lease end. I was relocated to Nashville for work, so had to take the car to Volvo of Nashville. I met with the owner who was both rude and unhelpful. I was told by Volvo corporate that I could drop off at any dealership without making an appoint.
Volvo of Nashville refused to accept the car because I brought it in on a Saturday. I asked if I could leave it and have them take responsibility if something happened to it on their lot. They said I could leave it, but if something happens to the car, it’s not their problem.
I finally asked if he was from TN originally because most people in TN are pleasant but he is rude. He walked away and said he was through talking to me.
Saw other reviews talking about how rude the owner of this dealership is. Perhaps he should stop interacting with the public. I will never go back to this dealership.

I left our car for simple service and was given a quote. Left it for 24 hours to give them plenty of time and when I went to pick it up at closing it wasn't complete. They were finishing up service but no time for the complimentary cleaning and vacuuming. There was no added services needed but still turned out at least $150.00 more than original quote. Disappointed.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. They have my business and i have never heard any thing negative here in town.
