This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced from Audi nationwide. I made a repair appointment on 11/29, for their next available date on 12/26. Upon arrival at 7:30 a.m (first in line), I was informed that they would need my car 10 days as they were backlogged. They were "upside down," in loaners; however, they could offer me a lyft ride home back home. "Welcome to Austin," they said. Between the condescending "ma'ams," complete LACK of EMPATHY and PROFESSIONALISM, and blame game with their scheduling team (out of state?) as to why I wasn't notified of their true repair timeframe, I made the decision never to go back to that location. It's hard not to take an experience like that personally; however, it was super frustrating. I made a point to arrive at my appointment on-time (the day after Christmas), after a 4 week wait & was treated like complete crap. I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 10 years & have never experienced anything like this before. Is this a one off? Or, are all of these paid positive reviews? It's very puzzling.
