They were extremely nice and very helpful and made the experience so much easier. We could even pick up and drop off our Enterprise rental there at their location. We have been customers here for years and have always been treated with complete respect and courteous. However today I had a scheduled service appointment at 9:30 & arrived about 5 minutes early, took forever to get checked in because the girls at the counter have no clue as to what they are doing. In the process of all this I found out so much more...they had promoted Rudy and cut his pay, does that make sense, NO! So he quit, he was such an important part of the service department. When you have an appointment you don't think you are going to be setting for 3 hours, right. Well after 2 hours of waiting, I checked to see how much longer and was told that they hadn't even started and it would be another 30 minutes. This is absurd and I will not be doing business here any longer since they do not know what customer service is and I haven't even mentioned how rude the girls at the counter were to the customers because they didn't know what they were doing. An absolute xxxx show! Should really learn what customer service is and how to keep amazing employees.

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!! They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems. My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration? I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

Can’t say enough bad things about our experience. They’re very friendly and accommodating throughout the purchase phase but that honeymoon doesn’t last. About 7 months after we purchased our A6, it needed an oil change. Took it in and had it changed but afterwards, the car wouldn’t start. 4 months later we had no diagnosis as to what was wrong, no ETA as to when it would be fixed, and the only communication we would get from our service rep was a bi-weekly text that said “no new news about your car”. At this point, we asked them to buy the car back and we’re told they don’t do that. Enter our lawyers and another 4 months later, we finally sign the paperwork to have them buy the car back. Our service rep was incompetent, the service manager was rude, never returned any of our calls and never answered our questions, just handed out excuse after excuse. I tried to speak with the GM but he was too busy to talk with me. I was given his assistant to speak to and was told she would be speaking with him right away when he got back from lunch. Just like the rest of his employees, I never got a call back. I’m still flabbergasted that a company can operate the way they do and stay in business. Not only will I never own another Audi, I’ll never purchase a vehicle from any North Park dealership.
