Trying to solve unique quirks and problems on an intricately designed machine is extremely difficult. It’s similar to finding treatments for one or more rare diseases. Fortunately, Land Rover Frisco has a hands on professional manager. Jason never gets frustrated, and calmly persists in seeking solutions. Two of his ace service advisors are AJ and Ross. Amazing temperament and more courteous than you would ever expect. Both are extremely knowledgable, and respectfully value your time and the investment made in your vehicle. I purchased my first Jaguar XE from Jaguar DFW a few days back and stopped by to have a few minor items attended to with Service Associate Archie Gibbs. Archie was incredibly helpful and confidently handled my requests with a very professional attitude. I was kept informed of updates throughout the process and really appreciate how Archie took care of me. I have heard of Park Place service being exceptionally good, but even I was astonished by just how well Archie handled everything. Archie is a real compliment to Jaguar DFW.

Poor experience so far at this dealership. Called the local number for a service appointment at 7:30am. The rep, Teresa, said if I came in within the hour they would have a loaner ready for me. I arrived at 8:25a and my car was checked in for service. After I sat down, Andre, the service advisor, told me that they don’t have any loaner cars available and it depends on if/when customers start to return them. I said that is not what Teresa told me. He said that Teresa is located in Dallas and can’t see the local store’s inventory. An hour later, I’m still waiting in this empty dealership with no loaner to get back to work. Andre has been polite enough, but due to the way Sewell has set his business up false promises are made by an employee who sits 4.5 hours away. If you come here for service, be prepared to spend several hours waiting for a “promised” loaner. After sitting here for two hours, a loaner car arrived and I am waiting for it to be cleaned. The service tech discovered the issues and Andre presented the cost. I asked for an adjustment to the price and they gave a reasonable price adjustment. Andre was courteous. I will update this post with quality once I receive my car back.

Brittany Stevenson was very helpful with locating Alex and explaining the problem I was having. In May 2019 I took my Landrover Evoque to Garcia Landrover of El Paso for a simple oil change and tire rotation. A service that was supposed to be routine became a nightmare. My vehicle's lug nuts WERE NOT tightened after the tire rotation and my wheel flew off in the middle of Mesa.
After picking my vehicle up at the dealership, I began my drive back home to the west side of El Paso. Almost immediately I heard a horrible, loud noise coming from the front of the car. I immediately exited the freeway and called my service advisor. I explained to him what was happening, and he stated that everything was fine and assured me that the technician had test driven the vehicle before I picked it up. Against my better judgement and trusting his, I continued to drive my vehicle, but the noise continued to get worse. I again stopped the car and called the service advisor at which time he repeatedly told me that everything was fine. I was driving slowly up Mesa, the noise continued to get worse, all of the sudden I heard a loud crashing sound - my tire had completely fallen off of the car. I happened to be in front of a fire station and the firemen ran out to help me. They had to pry the door open in order for me to exit the vehicle. There was extensive damage to my car. I contacted Landrover immediately assuming that they would send someone out to help me, but they did not seem to be bothered by what had happened. They stated that they would call a tow truck, but after waiting in the hot sun for an hour and a half a police officer called one and they arrived immediately. Nobody offered to come and pick me up and stated that the service department was closing at 1:00pm on Saturday so if I wanted a loaner I would need to pick the keys up from the General Manager. When I arrived at the dealership, he was not only not sympathetic, but completely indifferent.
Not only is their work obviously shotty, but they do not care about their customer's wellbeing. I can't imagine what would have happened if this occurred on the freeway of if I had my young child with me. I would recommend taking your Landrover anywhere else to be serviced, but here.

SO HAD RECALL FOR MY DASH AND TECHNICIAN FORGOT TO REPLACE A BULB IN THE DASH THAT CONTROLS TRACTION CONTROL , SO NOW THAT i AM TRYING TO GO BACK TO GET THAT DONE, MANAGER IN SERVICE REFUSES TO FIX IT, BUT HE WANTED ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING HIS TECHNICIAN FORGOT TO BEGIN WITH! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR ANY RECALLS EVER AGAIN OR ANY SERVICE REPAIRS. I WAS CONSIDERING BUYING A NEW VEHICLE, WILL .NEVER GO TO FREEMAN TOYOTA FOR A NEW VEHICLE OR ANY REPAIRS.

I have tried twice to schedule a service appointment and both times were a complete and utter waste of time. Their online service scheduler doesn’t work. It prompts you to enter details about the requested service and whether you’ll need a loaner vehicle. I got a call at 7:20 AM on the day I scheduled service to tell me they have no clue what u need done and no loaner is available. They called back hours later to say my appointment is no good and would need to be scheduled out a week later and with no loaner vehicle. I’m sorry, but when you spend upwards of 6 6 figured for a vehicle, I believe you should expect far better support.

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!
