I have had my mercedes for going on 2 years. - heavensntme
I have had my mercedes for going on 2 years. I have had terrible service since my service appt. First time, they were not prepared and ended up having to have a loaner for about 2 months. Driving away from the dealership with that loaner a rock hit the windshield and cracked it causing me to pay for the repair after my insurance paid for part of it. I had my second service appt and specifically told them that my mercedes me app that remote starts and remote locks was not working and that it needed to be repaired. I told them this prior to my arrival for my service to my vehicle. Of course that was not fixed and reason was miscommunication. Not sure how that is possible since I specifically said remote start and remote lock. They thought it was the bluetooth! Where did I say bluetooth?! I get there also having asked for a loaner vehicle due to me being from out of town. No loaner. So ended up spending 40.00 for uber because either their shuttle was in Odessa, not around or whatever excuse they came up with. Needless to say I need a new sensor! I called today to see if my sensor had come in, they had my account under another name! how that happens is beyond me but found it, I asked for a loaner said they couldn't guarantee me one. Mind you, I have to drive back because they didnt get it right the first time. So I am suppose to call to remind them to get me a loaner? Should I call every hour on the hour or how often? I would think that as much money as we spend on a mercedes that the least we could get is exceptional service. I am not sure quite how to relay information to anyone there because it always seems that someone doesn't understand.
