I had my car in for oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation. I rode the courtesy van to a restaurant that the driver Johnny recommended. Everyone was real nice and professional. When the driver took me back every thing worked out fine. On the way home I noticed an issue so I turned around and took the car back. The issue was quickly resolved. When everything goes right, I’m happy. When I run into a problem and the dealership fixes it quickly and treats me like they would like for me to come back again, I’m even happier.

After listening to our issue and concerns, he immediately started making calls and researching the status of our FOB and within minutes was able to find the FOB and schedule an appointment for us to pick it up and have it programmed. I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

All My Service Is Done @ Jeff Hunter Toyota - JDRWaco

All of the service on our Tundra has been performed at Jeff Hunter Toyota. My only complaint is that I wish they would go ahead and remove the paper floor mat they put in the truck so that I didn't have to be the one to throw it away. I guess they leave it there to show that they are "protecting" my vehicle. Nonetheless, I will continue going to Jeff Hunter. I believe they do a good job, are not overpriced, and I feel valued as a customer.

When you buy a car, you make sure where you buy it from will treat you with respect and honesty, just like family any family member. This is the experience I have encountered at South Toyota. I bought a Toyota Cross back in July. My sales rep was Deno Moore who did an amazing job throughout the whole process. As I am writing this review three months later, I needed some guidance and help to take my car to another Toyota dealership (Prosper area) since I live too far from South Toyota. Deno Moore (my initial sales representative) and Andres Mata over the finance department made sure that I was well taken care of. Andres Mata even called over the dealership where I was servicing my car to make sure everything will run smoothly. This is why I can confirm that "South Toyota" is a family oriented dealership. Hands down to both of these Gentleman.
