A was not pleased with service.should have had my car in 8 days. I had to make several calls & txt, before found out part unvailable from Dubi, I got part shift cable from ebay in 3 days!!! First time service department has " failed " me!! Toyota bought from dealership in 2005. Thank you 88 yr old widow.. SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT " OLD PEOPLE" friendly. I expressed my opinion to my service advisor. He then " changed his attitide" LOVE MY 2004 AVALON.

They were extremely nice and very helpful and made the experience so much easier. We could even pick up and drop off our Enterprise rental there at their location. Joel kept me updated every step of the way and kept me well informed with the process of my car. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my son's car seat. Thank you so much!
