After relocating to Austin, my 2016 VW Jetta needed the 30,000 mile service and Hewlett VW was the closest dealership to me. From booking the service appointment to checking out after the service was done, my initial experience was 100% positive. Friendly Service Advisor that kept me updated, clean and well stocked waiting room, and my car was returned to me spotless clean like it had never been touched. All of this in less than a hour. I can definitely recommend Hewlett VW for your service needs.

Alex Medina does it right. Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look.
I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't.
I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!

Even though I was just redeeming a mail coupon for a 1cent synthetic oil change, Reggie accepted the coupon and treated me like a valued customer from beginning to end of visit. Completely unprofessional. Long story short, we reached a deal over the phone ( I live out of state) was approved financially, was told to call back the next day to complete the purchasing. So I canceled a hold of $500 on another car ( non-refundable) and low and behold, vw of Alamo dodged my calls the next day and sold it later that night. I seriously think they are complete xxxx bags and I I hope they stub their toes late at night. But seriously, this place sucks. Not only because they sold the car we had an agreement on, also because they had zero urgency with everything. One guy told me North Carolina bbq was better than Texas bbq, too. I thought Texans loved their bbq. That sums it up. Garbage.

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.

We went in with our 8 month old baby and had a great experience. Mark Smith was incredibly accommodating and we can’t recommend him enough. We never felt pressured and he was so kind. Scam shop! Terrible experience! - jmarsalia
Worst experience I have ever had. Took the car in for a timing issue. Paid 500$ for them to say “yes. The timing is off” and that it would be $5800 to repair. Looking at the price list they marked THEIR OWN parts up 25% and told me I needed a entire new head when they never took anything but one timing chain cover off. They lied to me and told me they inspected the tensioner but never took the lower cover off. Just quoted me an entire new engine because they didn’t want to deal with it. Terrible customer service and a clear scam shop running under Volkswagens name.

Since 2013 I have only received maintenance on my vehicle from DeMontrond VW at North Freeway. NO MORE. They recommend service for which they had performed on my car on Aug. 16, 2016. Went to an independent VW auto shop and was told the repair needed was totally different and less expensive.
Maybe because I am a senior citizen they thought I would not recognize their scam.

I had Vw of the Woodlands so a pre buyers inspection of an 2008 R32 that I ended up buying after Vw of the Woodlands took my $130, told me nothing but very minor issues were wrong. Well, they missed all 3 motormounts severely deteriotated. A $1500 bill to fix all. Very disappointed in the service i received in the end.
Poor workmanship - Toyota owner
I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet away the poor paint job on the door. I told them this was not acceptable. I was never called regarding imperfections in the door. When I got the car back there were dents in the car that were not there before, which they denied with a heated argument. They told me basically don't come back and did not charge me and did not warranty the work. They told me to take it to the dealer to fix the door. This could have been avoided if I was called regarding the imperfections in the door with a new quote for repairs instead of painting over the imperfections. I would not recommend Service King for any repairs or painting.
