My VW Passat broke down 3.5 hours from home and I had it towed to Maund VW. Jason was my service advisor. He was very helpful and informative. I was worried about getting taken to the cleaners being 3.5 hours away at a place I didn't know, but they took great care of me and my car and were extremely reasonable on the repair charges. Amazing the difference in dealing with Jason and Maund vs the dealer here in Corpus Christi. A+++

I do not agree with VW policies on making you drop off your car a week early before they even look at your car, but Corey in service was so professional, compassionate and genuine, that I may keep my VW after all. I was convinced this would be the last time I ever visited a VW dealership and was planning on selling my Atlas to go back to Lexus (absolutely amazing service). As long as Corey is working at VW, I will return.

Wow! Let’s start by saying I was expecting to get a run around! Brought my wife’s Jetta in for oil change and tire rotation. Drove home the car sat for 5 days while we were on vacation. She drove it to work today and one of her co-workers noticed she was missing two lug nuts and the others were lose. I called Brandon Tomas VW. To complain and to my pleasant surprise they took full ownership of the problem and went 40 miles to her work to fix it. No questions asked! We couldn’t be happier with there service. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you

Lost a star due to I ordered a cap to cover the towing spit on the front bumper and it only comes w/ primer not painted. I have to take it to a body shop to be painted. Not my idea of good customer service. I know it's not Jorge's responsibility.

Bought my 2017 Passat 1. - ascsat
Bought my 2017 Passat 1.8 TSI new. Service under warranty was good. two weeks ago at about 70K miles suddenly the CEL came on and the code showed P0740
Torque Converter Clutch Circuit. Nothing I could have caused through my driving et al. Went to see dealer who just shrugged and quoted at least $2,500 in repair.
Nice, isn't it? After 70K miles I would expect more either from the dealer or from VW of America.

Took my car in for a recall service and the technician (name is David Torres) at the desk told me It will be around 2 hours. I came back after 2 hours the same technician told me "Oh I thought I told you it will be 2 days before you can pick it up" I don't know if the technician just act as if he was stupid or he just doesn't care about the customer.

This is continued from a previous review. I haven't had a chance to talk to the manager. I took my car in this past Wednesday because the car was shaking a little and I wanted them to check my tires to see if It was time to replace them since it is a 2013, but I purchaded it the end of Dec 2014, which means I've only had the vehicle 3 months. The man at Service, named Leroy assured me that he has been with Honda and Volkswagen for 38 years he would take care of everything. After waiting 4 hours just to check that out, Leroy assured me that I didn't need new tires I was good for another 5-10,000 miles. He said they balanced the 2 front tires and reset it since they put the correct air in the tires. I drove straight home after that. The next morning as soon as I took off to work the light for low tires went on, I immediately called Leroy and assured me there was nothing wrong with the tires, he said the mechanics said everything was fine, and apologized and asked if I could take the car in again and I said no because I got off work at 8pm. By the time lunch came around my tire was really low so I didn't drive it until it was time to go home. I put air in it and the next morning I took the car to Walmart since I work right next door and I had a nail at the very edge of the tire that couldn't be replaced and a crack on the tire. If they removed the tire, it could burst open. I had a lady as well as another gentleman tell me the back tire was really bad and the other 2 tires were pretty worn as well. I had to go and purchase tires at Ssms immediately because my job involves driving. I specifically told Leroy I didn't want to do the tire balance if I needed new tires. Why was I going to pay for a tire balance at Volkswagen and at SAMs. They charged me 30.00 for absolutely nothing and wasting my time. I will never take my vehicle their again. Maybe the dealership is better but being an employee for so many years you think they would know how to check tires properly. Extremely disappointed in the gentleman that helped me. Still want to contact the manager.
