My second purchase and second Five Star Review for Park Place Lexus Grapevine and the 2025 RX350h AWD I recently purchased my second 2025 Lexus RX350h AWD from Park Place Lexus Grapevine—yes, my second in just the past couple of months—and that alone should tell you how impressed I am with both the vehicle and the dealership. Even more so, it’s a testament to the outstanding service provided by Jessica Martinez, my sales representative for both purchases. Jessica is truly a rare find in the automotive world. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and genuinely focused on creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience. From the moment we first spoke, she made it clear that her top priority was finding the perfect vehicle for my needs—not just making a sale. She is also highly responsive, always quick to return calls or texts, and worked diligently to secure the exact model and options I wanted at a very fair price. Because of Jessica’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication, coming back for a second RX350h was an easy decision. She handled every detail with care, consistency, and precision—just as she did the first time. It’s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying process feel enjoyable, efficient, and personal, but Jessica does it effortlessly. The 2025 RX350h AWD continues to impress—an elegant balance of luxury, hybrid efficiency, advanced technology, and confident performance. **IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD** I tried to deal with Earl Balitaan on purchasing a pre-owned Subaru. On BOTH occasions, he was short and curt with his responses to my cash offer and eventually told me that it "sounds like you need to increase your budget". I asked him to stop emailing me and he continued to send one line messages such as "ok" and "sounds good" being SUPER passive aggressive. Very unprofessional and I will never do business at this dealership, if it's with Earl. I have also let anyone I know about the level of unprofessionalism. Not sure how they make money when members of their sales team have time to harass potential new customers. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Avoid this dealership at all costs The service department is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim seven months ago and have since left 12 voicemails. Not one has been returned. I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin. They have made and canceled multiple appointments. I am now completely without a working vehicle, no loaner, no updates, and no timeline. To make matters worse, I recently found out my service advisor flat out lied to me. Back on February 11th, he told me I was on the waitlist for a loaner. I wasn’t. He never submitted anything. I only finally received an email promising a call "first thing Monday" after filing official complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, and GM. Of course, no one ever called. Total silence ever since. The sales experience was great, but everything after that has been a complete dumpster fire. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you expect basic honesty, communication, or competent service, go anywhere else.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware
