Arranged to have some warranty work done to my WRX and living up in Wyoming it can be tiresome to have work done, get a rental, and have to come back with a 2 1/2 one way commute. Bronson Frye was extremely helpful to make sure my needs were met and that the work got completed in a quick yet effective manner. He, Bronson, is the apex of customer service and constantly worked with me and my schedule. This man deserves a raise.
Ken Garff Downtown fixes things that other branches don't - Supertran
I bought a 2012 Honda Accord on Saturday from Ken Garff Ogden and the check engine light came on on Tuesday. I took it to the SLC branch and they found that basic maintenance had not been done in Ogden and the car was leaking oil. Things that Ken Garff Ogden should have found and fixed before putting the car up for sale.
My service representative, Stitch, went above and beyond to get these things fixed for me. Even when Ken Garff Ogden said they would only pay for half of the repairs, he made sure that Ken Garff SLC paid for the rest. I walked out with the car I thought I bought. Thank you guys so much. As long as I live in SLC, I will be taking my car here. They are honest and they fix the mistakes that others made along the way.
Ken Garff Ogden has a lot to learn in how to retain a customer from their SLC office and specifically Stitch. It is sad that the Ogden branch would sell cars in such a deceptive way. It harms the Garff brand everywhere. The Garff brand as a whole needs to know about what Ogden is doing because I was ready to write the Attorney General over this. But SLC knows how to take care of people, and for that I am so grateful.

We took our 2017 Nissan Rouge in for repairs because the driver side set would not adjust. The analysis showed that the seat track was broken and would cost for repairs. Our car was out of warranty by a month and just over 200 miles over mileage. Needless to say we were sick about it. In talking to Jon Stinson, our service adviser, he suggested that we call Nissan and present our situation to them and see if they could extend the warranty and help us out. We talked with Sarah at Nissan National, she reviewed our case and they agreed to help us with repairs. We appreciate Jon for going out of his way to help us and appreciate the service crew at Southtowne.

My businesses have also purchased $140k with of GMC trucks and have never been more please, satisfied and felt appreciated. I pass the word on my experiences everywhere I go. I went in to take my car in for an oil change with a coupon I had recieved for a $19.99 oil change from one of their employees and found out they are the best oil change deal in Utah County. The service staff was friendly and while I was waiting on my car Darren showed me a couple of Buick cars I was looking at .I iced that they were not pushy but very friendly and helpful. The service department had me in and out very quickly and it was a great experience. If you need an oil change I recommend for the price and service going there.

This happened a few months ago, but I wanted to let people know.
If I could give this interaction a zero stars, I would. They are so unprofessional. I've shopped here for years and have purchased several cars, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went in to talk with one salesman and floor manager and got all the numbers I needed to in order to buy out my lease. I asked every question I needed in order to buy out my lease. The floor manager gave me a final number that included the dealer doc and licensing fees (which they don't normally do), which I verified with him twice before I left there to check what my bank could give me for a loan, with the number given me.
I came back the next day to buy my car, after verifying with my bank, but the floor manager I worked with previously had left for the day, so I spoke with another floor manager, Jesse I believe. He had no record of the numbers I had been given the previous day. He looked and acted dumbfounded that the other guy would quote me what he did. He had completely different numbers, doubted everything from the prior discussion with his coworker, and wouldn't honor what the other floor manager said, even after talking with him on the phone. He also WOULD NOT let me go and get my loan through my bank. And he wouldn't give me the paperwork for the lease buyout to take to the bank because "they prefer you finance through them." He held my lease hostage until my bank was closed and I had to finance through them...
Then when I had to give in to buy finally, after sitting around for 2 hours and after my bank had closed due to him just sitting around talking with his buddies, they gave me surface numbers. Then all of a sudden there were additional fees on top of what they said the final prices were. Then when the lot tech was putting on my temp license, he stripped the hole when screwing it in...this place is a circus. The only guys worth talking to is the finance guy, who simply has you sign the paperwork that includes what he is told after the deals are done.
DO NOT LEASE from them unless you know all the fees involved, both on the front and back end of the leasing process. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you work with the same salesman throughout the whole process and get ALL of their PROMISES and PRICING in writing. If anything, go somewhere else to get your car. If you want a Mazda, just save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership with honest salespeople and managers.
