In January a strut was ordered for our 2021 Rogue, because it is faulty and noisy. I understand that it is, supposedly, a supply deficiency however, I have not received ONE call from the dealership with an update. The three updates I have received were only due to my having called them. Having been in the parts business, as well as supply chain and customer service this is completely unacceptable and exemplifies the worst in customer service. They don’t seem to care beyond the purchase of the vehicle and I have nothing good to say about the Service or Parts departments.
