I arrived at my appointment time and was sent down the road for my oil change. I was greeted by Heather, who was friendly and explained the process and where I could wait comfortably. After about 35 minutes, Heather came back and went over everything they checked and informed me there were no issues that needed attention. I was taken to the office and paid for my service and was given a card for a car wash and my paperwork. I actually think this was the most pleasant service appointment I've ever had! Kudos to Heather and the Capital City Honda service team!

Took my car in for service which included oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. I had a slow leaker, so when I picked my car up- it was obvious they did not rotate my tires. Took it back immediately and they rotated the tires. Makes me wonder if they changed the oil and air filters….

I've been bringing ALL my cars (not JUST
just Honda) for many years. The main reason is that i feel like I am treated honestly and fairly.
I have NEVER felt like they were finding things wrong with my car that might or might not need to be fixed and then trying to scare me into spending tons of money unnecessarily... I have had that happen at a LOT of other mechanics.
I have also NEVER left with something NEW that was broken that WASN'T broken when i first came in. I have also had that happen to me at other mechanics.
These negative experiences made me HATE taking my car in to get worked on anywhere else but Mccurley... just knowing that the dishonest mechanics would either talk over my head to get me to pay for services I might not need, or that they would break something in the process of fixing the original problem.
They have definitely built trust with me over many years.
I recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their cars.
One last note is that PAUL, the shuttle driver is a real credit to the organization. He is so nice and pleasant and a joy to be around when he is doing me of and picking me up. I truly look forward to spending time in the car with him whenever I bring a car in for service.

9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda.
Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate
was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia.
The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was
done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on
on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership.

They have always been very friendly and explained everything well. I’ve always been apprehensive about taking my cars to dealers or shops because of stories my friends have told me about some of their experiences. My son is a master mechanic so I have always just taken my car to him and he’s always done what’s needed, but I feel very confident in AutoNation Honda.

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!

Our car was going to be “totaled” because of the amount of rodent damage. Chris Caracciolo and his team in service did an incredible job!! He kept us up to date with progress. He worked hard to communicate to our insurance company what was needed and being done. He was courteous and professional. Our repaired car is like new! Klein Honda replaced my transmission in my 2001 Honda CRV. They failed to identify the problem and did unnecessary repairs as the service they provided was incorrect. My car still has the same problems as it came in with. I had brought the car in for them to fix their mistake. It took them two weeks and did not fix the problem, then proceeded to tell me I needed to purchase additional parts for them to install to fix the problem. Klein Honda then proceeded to tell me to drive the car as everything is mechanically safe then not more then a day later the car failed to operate in the middle of a busy road. I have brought it in 4 times already and is currently in their shop. I do not have confidence they will fix it so I feel scammed out of 3,500$ as they did not fix the issue. I keep hearing stories from ex employees on how they operate and honestly it is a horrible place for service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
