I had this dealership service my Toyota for years. I always did think the price was a little high, but they were convienent. I was charged over $1000 to fix a default in an accessory that I had never used before. I took my car in, knocked it needed an alternator (my battery was only 45 days old). My son does a lot of regular service on his car. I got an estimate of $850 to replace the alternator. My son told me that was very excessive. The service director told me they had an alternator in stock but he didn’t recommend it as it , in his experience, it fails frequently. So he wanted to order me a more expensive part, but he couldn’t have it for 2 weeks. I ended up going to a certified repair shop and got my alternator (it did take 5 days to get the right part) For $268.
I want a new car but am very hesitant to go to Superior. The last time I went there to buy a new car they tried to sell me one almost a yesr old with just over 5000 miles on it as “new”, no discount. Needless to say I bought my car somewhere else.

2.89 for a gasket that comes with the oil filter. Not alot of creditablity there folks. It would have looked better if you just included it in the filter price. Not good. Thisdrags the whole expearance down.

I made an appointment several weeks ago to bring my 2014 Flex in for the Works oil change, an inspection sticker, and recall work on Friday March 3. At the time of drop-off, I advised the service technician that on a previous oil change, it was overfilled by a 1/2 quart, he told me that was "impossible", that if anything they would underfill. He then explained to me that the oil was metered and only an accurate amount would be used (how then is it possible to underfill??) However, it's certainly possible that a plug could be put in before all of the old oil drains out, a mechanic could be a hurry, sloppy work, whatever, the net effect was it was overfilled. I then received a call from a service technician at approximately 4:15 stating the tires were wearing on the inside and it needed an alignment. (The invoice stated "customer requested...", not true, he called me.) The tires only have approximately 5000-7000 miles on them, I said to do the alignment if it was necessary. When I picked the car up, again, it was overfilled by less than 1/2 quart. Also, there were no before and after numbers from the alignment that I've received from previous alignments. When my husband checked the tires with a standard depth tire gauge in multiple places on all 4 tires, the reading was exactly the same in all of them and could not see any wear. So......$79+ dollars for an alignment that absolutely was not needed and an overfilled block. I did get an inspection sticker and am hoping that the recall work was done, of course there is no way to be sure. If it needs aligning again, be sure I will take it to one of the many other Ford dealers in the area known for their integrity, honesty, and quality work. Since I have always regarded Bert Wolfe as a reputable dealership, I am very disappointed in the service but my commitment is let know all of my Ford friends know of this unfortunate situation and move on.......just $79 poorer!
P.S. I was told by a Service Mgr. at another dealer that rarely are mechanics paid an hourly rate, they usually earn a percent of the total job. The more jobs they can cram into a day, the more money they make....which explains why they are in a hurry to complete an oil change, not allowing the oil to completely drain out, takes time....

I will never take my care to Dan Cava again. I took it to have fix a warranty. I’ve had nothing but problems since. They also said they fixed an axel. For just the cost of the part. I taken it back 2 times since. The second time I took it back The man (Todd) called me and said we think it’s the transmission something we did and giggle.. They also said they took it to 2 Transmission specialist.They said it’s the transmission a ring in it going bad. It sounds worse than wen I took it to them the first time.It’s funny that it went bad after they supposedly fixed it. They made smart jokes about it to. Sad they treat there customers like that.I do have to say they did give me a car to drive for this.

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was cracked while parked on the property as I was test driving a vehicle over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from a top manager. I have made 4 trips to the lot to speak to someone and left 6 voicemails. I, as well as multiple family members have purchased vehicles from Moses for years. So, instead of making things right, they are willing to lose a family of business (thousands of dollars) for a $350 windshield replacement. I personally will never buy from here again nor recommend them to my friends or family. A simple phone call could have eliminated this unsatisfactory service. Clearly, this company needs to read up on customer satisfaction.

Jeff came out and wrote an estimate of the damage & took pictures on the spot. The Collision Center made the whole repair process stress free for me and I was even given a ride home with their Shuttle Driver. My RAV4 was ready when they said it would be and looked AWESOME !! They even detailed it. My tires & rims 😎
