It took 2 * calling and asking them to order the specific trailer hitch and wiring for my car to get the hitch. But they did not order the wiring. So it took 2 days to install all of this. I'm sure the installation went fine and a couple other things they did to my Ford Flex went well. But I was really discouraged that I had to call twice to get the ordering done and they still didn't order one of the items.

Bought a new VW Jetta in Oct. Have ran into an issue with my panoramic sunroof exploding/shattering. Luckily I am able to bring my car back to get serviced and repaired here. Jeff G was my sales man that sold me my new car and I would highly recommend him if you ever stop in to purchase or even ask questions on a vehicle. He truly cares and wants to see you satisfied. We’ve had very good customer service at Van Horn Hyundai in Fond du Lac! I made a phone call about a paint flaw that we found after the purchase of our brand new vehicle and they jumped right on it to get it taken care of. We dealt with Ben and he was very professional and up front with his thoughts on how to proceed. In the mean time I hit a raccoon on my way to work and damaged the front end. While we were on vacation they got our vehicle in and completely fixed. The Palisade was ready to be picked up the next morning after we got back.

Loved coming here for service but not very happy today. In these times with covid at a high in Wisconsin I expect a little more care from employees. Several staff walk back and forth through the customer seating area without masks or mask hanging around their chins! The office lady had hers on when moving about. Thank you. If only the others could do the same. Honestly how hard is it to wear a xxxx mask ? Note these were not staff just arriving for the day but staff already on site. The door clearly says mask required but guess that’s only applicable to the customers. Masks are meant to protect you from infecting others. So not wearing one tells me you don’t care about your customer. If that’s so I’ll go elsewhere for my next service and to purchase my next car.

Clearly the bottom of the barrel and the only reason they get any business is because they have Foxvalley monopolized. I came in for a recall and a leak in my dash well I’m under my bumper to bumper warranty apparently the technician said they hire do not know how to properly diagnose vehicles number one number two they don’t know how to properly fix vehicles And clean up after themselves when they are done with the job as my car was left dirty. Stay away from this dealership I have nothing good to say about them

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by.
Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work.
Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle.
Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time.
However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion.
I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer.
Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences.

CALLED SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 2/16/19 TO SEE IF CAN COME IN TO HAVE SOMEONE LOOK AT TIRES I BOUGHT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AT THAT DEALERSHIP THAT WERE GIVING ME A PROBLEM KEPT BEING TRANSFERED TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHERE NO ONE PICKED UP HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK JUST RUDE AND BAD SERVICE AGAIN WHEN MY WARRANTY IS UP SO AM I WILL ARROW HYUNDAI.

I brought my vehicle to be serviced and they made it worse. They blamed me for the problems saying they were pre existing.....well duh! Brought the vehicles to be serviced and left with new problems obviously something went wrong When they worked on it. Really Lacked the integrity to tell me before I left and had to come back to the dealership. The short of this long story is ....what they say or do cannot be trusted. Good luck if you shop there I would not wish that on anyone. There's no way that they have has high as percentage rating on all these review sites, because the bottom line is that they are cons and probably will never change.

Because I had recall work done and didn’t spend my own money.... why should they do us a courtesy of putting on a spare tire for free? That is what I feel Andrew was getting at... I was out of state so we didn’t need all are vehicles so good time to get a couple recalls done. My wife and young kid took my car in the night before to drop off car. The way there they got a flat. Unfortunately they didn’t know how to change that flat tire. My wife did write a note to them about the situation and called. Andrew called my wife at 9:30AM and told her she needs to pay 30.99 to have spare tire put on. My wife was polite telling him the situation about me being gone and they didn’t know how to change it. She got no sympathy from Andrew or an “I’m sorry that’s what we have to charge”, not a word. She was offended and it was rude for him not to say anything to her just “its 30.99”.
Now when I got back and talked to Andrew he told me they charged that because they had to take a jack out of the shop in the rain and snow. I said “was it snowing when they opened?” They open at 7AM it was a light mist then no snow. Regardless he said “would I work for a half hour at my job for free?” I told him he got paid and yes if I see someone on the side of the road with a flat I would and have helped them for free. Then he said we have to charge for everything even if they help someone take off one lug nut which I know is a lie from other people (my grandpa) that had them do miner stuff no charge, probably because he spent lots of money there. I asked him if someone comes here and spends a lot of money are you going charge for that probably 5 minute job, then he interrupted me! “How much did you spend here, how much?” It was recall work, they made money off it. Fuel module update, Airbag inflator kit but I guess not enough of my money. I asked him how much they made off the recall and he wouldn’t tell me, very unprofessional. Not the first bad experience with Andrew but it will be the last no matter how far I have to travel!! Andrew also told me at the end of this all he actually gave me a deal because it took a half hour and he only charged m for 15 minutes totally contradicting what he said before about having to charge for the work they do and really a half hour for putting on a spare!! It takes me 10 and I’m no professional!
This complaint is not about the money, but about principal, and poor service. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience. Good customer service and going out of your way to be personable, and understanding are simple things that make people want to spread the word about a great business.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again.
