Disappointed brought my BMW in twice technician only guessed at problem first time spent $1600 for ecu, mailed to me,I paid another $200 to have it towed in then another $600 to have that programed. Still didn't run correctly so I relayed another engine diagnosis relating to 2nd air injection error (ignored) so another $1600 for technicians best guess. Hasitation Problem persists now they'll need another $500. To actually diagnose problem, then god knows how much that will cost. Anyone know a good BMW mechanic? It's nice I received a loaner spending over $3000.00 for nothing but really guys how about computer analysis from the start ( 2nd air injection module maybe) throw it on a engine analyzer it may help you to stop guessing all the time So I'm looking for a good mechanic in NE WIsconsin

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Much better experience the second time around getting new tires at Zimbrick. Because of the problems experienced the first time, I accepted a free alignment with my new tires. They collected the car on time from my house and the work was completed on-time with a free alignment included. Much better experience this time.
