Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone regarding a car. Did she know everything about the car? No, she did not. But she tirelessly found the answers and immediately got back to us time and time again. So thorough, so responsive and so professional. She gave us the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. I have ALS, so travel is very difficult for me. Again, the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. Who does that? I had such a fantastic experience with Sewell.
