If he hadn't pulled off this miracle, we would have lost our pre-paid ferry passage and, more importantly, would have missed a critical medical appointment. She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. I am complaining about the General manager to the new dealership owner. Absolutely a terrible experience and totally unprofessional. Once I discuss with the new owner to see if they want to live up to their word, I will share the outcome. As of now, I simply cannot recommend doing business here, and I have spent tens of thousands on cars and tens of thousands on repairs - for over 35 years. I will provide good information for potential customers as an update. UPDATE: The dealer group owner put me in touch with Market President Maria Dunning who quickly solved an issue the BMW GM caused. She deserves full credit for exceptional customer service. I hope she will also be able to take whatever corrective action is necessary with the GM so that this issue is not repeated in the future.

Most ineffiicient purchase process I have ever seen. We arrived to find ou they had screwed up all of our paper work which took them 90 minutes to rectify, After another 90 minutes of waiting around we found out that they had not even provided the needed information to our insurance company. We had to call ourselves. The sales manager tried to blame our insurance company instead of them dropping the ball not once but twice. Nobody from the dealership trhought to call. I am hoping the service department is better but I woud stay away from sales. They are simply awful.

Almost 15 days of excuses, lies, and zero accountability Dropped my car off July 2nd for a broken A/C and you would think a premium dealership would be able to diagnose and fix something like that in a timely manner but nope. By July 3, they ran a vacuum, dye, and UV test and still could not find the leak. they "refilled" it and admitted refrigerant was already low again, meaning it was leaking somewhere. Then I was told they were down technicians and could not do any more work that day mind you this was at 1pm they quit on the vehicle for the day. Fast forward to July 8th, 5 days later, they finally figured out it was the compressor. If they hadn't been lazy and quit on the vehicle maybe they would have found that out sooner. Took 6 days just to figure out what the issue was. I was told parts were coming July 9th and that they'd do "their best" to finish it that day. Shocker parts did not arrive. July 10th? Nothing. July 11th? still nothing. Finally, parts landed 7/16/25 and the car was finished today.. 15 days later. No updates unless I hounded them. No loaner. No offer to get me into a rental car until almost a week later. Not a single ounce of accountability and no real apology. And the best part Nate, the service rep acted like I was the issue the entire time, sarcastic, lazy, and unwilling to get me updates every time I texted, called. When I picked up my vehicle he looked like he could not wait to get me out of the door. No real greeting, no sorry for the delay, just terrible customer service and thanks to that I will never return here unless something changes. This place needs a serious reset. If BMW corporate or the owners of the dealership could see how their customers are being treated and saw the lack of communication, they would be embarrassed. Unless management steps in and retrains their staff (which it did not seem like they cared about the situation) I will never step foot in that dealership ever again.

dealership likes to continually email you despite claiming to have removed your email numerous times prior. Like most dealerships, they say one thing, turn around, do another. They also send mail to your address including offers to extend service on vehicle, which are known to be scams. Due to past negative experience including an attempted extortion by a former GM, Elias, as well as harassed off lot by a Lou Camerota; unprofessional behavior by an old sales rep, David Morgan m, I no longer buy cars at this dealership.
