Scheduled a routine service by phone with the Service Department. When the appointment day came, I had my mother bring my truck to the service department, I'm a GM Employee and was scheduled to work a double shift that day. When she arrived she was told that the appointment was cancelled online, I never cancelled the appointment. But the Dealership made every effort to get the service done that day. My mother had to wait for a few hours, but the dealership was as good as their word. The truck got serviced and was returned in excellent condition. The only reason this wasn't a 5-start review is because of the scheduling issue. This should be addressed before it results in losing a customer over a system issue. The dealership stood by their word, and that is the primary reason I will continue to go to Nye.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Delo and his brother may sure I stay informed of what was going on during the process. I showed up on a Saturday to pick up my vehicle and they had already started to fix leak and change oil. They also wash and wax and fill my gas tank up before I was ready to drive back to Memphis, TN. The trip was over 16 hours and no problem, all the way home. If I ever need another vehicle, I will shop with them again. Thanks for a great purchase.

I had a 9am apt when I arrive they tell me that they have the apt for 10am to check start/stop light on on my dash also check the auto park as it takes multiple times shifting before the vehicle will go into gear. At 10:40am the vehicle still sits where I parked it. I go back into the dealership to see if it’s completed they tell me they haven’t looked at it yet. At 11:32am they call me to tell me it’s all set that it’s just the pins on the door plug connector were bent and now straightened and fixed. I go inside dealership to pay and pick up the vehicle and he now tells me that BOTH BATTERIES ARE BAD AND NEED REPLACING for a total of $1,155.28. This vehicle was just purchased from this same dealership January 25 2025 !! This dealership also charges 175 per hour labor rate. Left without purchasing any batteries at all but paid the $189 with tax rate only. Batteries were tested PRIOR TO GOING THERE TWO DAYS EARLIER BY GARAGE BOTH TESTED GOOD. !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE WORK !! Better yet don’t even purchase a vehicle from here !! The exact same two batteries from Friendly in Geneva are almost $125 less even though neither battery needed replacing !! They also showed on their print out of paper work that the vehicle has an extended warranty until 01/25/29 with 100 deductible which I have a copy of. !!! Also the service tech at the parts counter needs an attitude adjustment and has NO BUSINESS interacting with the general public . Maybe he should just be hidden in the back to work on vehicles with an attitude like that! Matt Armison has no business interacting with the general public with an attitude like that. Infact he should probably be terminated for trying to commit fraud claiming batteries need replacing that clearly test good !! Just trying to scam customers.

I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton.
