I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Johnstons Toyota. I came in as a first time Toyota customer, and I couldn't have asked for a better dealership from start to finish. Brian Ruperti is a great salesperson who is highly technically knowledgeable but able to communicate things in a way that is easy to understand. Once we had the car selected (btw go drive a Crown Signia - seriously, just do it), getting a finance deal I was happy with was a breeze with Gabby Ward. In fact, everyone at the dealership, even in passing, was very friendly and attentive. You're gonna be happy with your experience here.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES! First of all, I have been going to Mercedes Benz of Wilkes barre for a while now. My first car was a 2012 c 300. I didn’t meet Kim at the time I met Gabriel !I was just looking to and seeing what I wanted in the future but nothing was set in stone however he was so kind made my experience there so much more calming. I was intimated and felt like a little out of place but, he made sure to give me excellent service and I was truly helpful. I have been always welcomed with open arms and warm greetings whenever my car needed service the service team including Tori, Jessica, Sheri, Anna, meeting Jolene was such a treat too! Everyone there even the managing staff Drew & Jamie are nothing but kind. Everyone is so welcoming I really made long last friendships!. Never had an issue for anyone has been rude or nasty. The service team and the team in general have been such a great help & made so many connections as they’re that personable and over all friendly! We chit chat, relate to one another/have a great time! When I was looking to purchase my first car I came to ask questions, test drive, look at and obviously shop around to make sure I know that I want is what I’m looking for.
