Mike made sure I was informed when my car arrived at the dealership and helped me through all the filing of the paperwork and my GM work discount. Mike made sure he reviewed the features on my new car and also helped me set up my on star app as well also the My Chevorlet app on my phone. The dealership was also very clean and welcoming. Shawn was excellent, professional, and made the buying process smooth. ​The only downside was the trade-in valuation, which felt lower than fair market rate and fell short of expectations. ​Overall, I highly recommend MotorWorld and Shawn for your next purchase, but I advise future buyers to be prepared to negotiate their trade-in firmly.
