I’ve had a few services with Dallas recently that’s been outstanding and worth my effort to spotlight. In the past I’m with Terry who has been phenomenal! In all I’ve been a customer of CFT for 20 years. I’ve never had a service on a Saturday due to lower staffing. However, to my surprise they were staffed well and I was able to get my routine maintenance completed plus a few additional items recommended. The time table was communicated on my initial appointment and the approximate time with additional items. They even washed my car all in under two hours. I did not mind the wait and got exercise outside their nice neighborhood with walks. I have also had great communication with service management and Scottie. He always remembers my name which blows me away. I’ve also purchased two cars and have enjoyed their sales department. I typically will browse the new cars on the showroom while waiting. The staff are always willing to answer my questions on upgrading. Finally I have also had full details completed through Columbus. His area keeps very busy and does an incredible job. Cannot say enough good things about Checkerd Flag Toyota and recommend them for both sales and service.

Outstanding Service — Best Toyota Experience in 25+ Years! I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. If you're in the region and want your Toyota handled right, Casey Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended!

A completely refreshing experience! We spent about six months shopping for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and contacted upwards of 20 Toyota dealerships from Virginia Beach to New York. A lot of dealerships use the very high demand for this vehicle to justify higher prices ($3-5K above MSRP), mandatory high profit margin add-ons, non-refundable deposits, and other consumer-unfriendly practices. They also tended to adopt a "take it or leave it" approach to optional equipment with no flexibility to deviate from the build sheet as allocated from Toyota. On the other hand, Madisen at Haley Toyota of Richmond was completely flexible from the beginning, working with us to add and remove optional equipment to suit our needs. She was communicative throughout the process, from allocation, through the build phase, and approaching delivery. Pricing was very fair and transparent, as was the valuation on our trade-in vehicle. There was no pressure throughout the process, and the day-of experience with Madisen was very smooth and painless. Even though we live a couple of hours away, we will definitely consider purchasing from Haley Toyota of Richmond again in the future!

The entire staff, sales, finance and management were a pleasure to work with. Dylan Lamont was especially helpful throughout the process. Dylan was communicative and professional throughout. His product knowledge and information delivery was accurate but never pushy. Dylan did a solid job of representing the dealership and the vehicle positively while being personable during every engagement. It was great working with Dylan.

The first time I came here several months ago was awesome. I worked with a man named Carl. Very friendly. HOWEVER, this time I worked with someone whose name starts with the letter E. (he knows who he is). He was not nice at all. I found him to be stoic and overall unfriendly. He also seemed like he could care less what I wanted. He certainly doesn’t seem like someone who enjoys his job. I didn’t trust anything he said after that initial interaction. I will definitely not work with this man ever again in the future. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It’s really too bad because my first visit was so nice. I definitely will come back because I think they do good work but they really need to be aware of who they’ve got as customer service. It was not a nice experience.

Had a great experience at Classic Toyota with buying my new RAV4. My sales person, Luke, was very helpful and friendly. He was very patient considering this was my first car buying experience. Bob John’s, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help as well. He made sure I was well taken care of on all fronts. Wendell in finance patiently explained everything I needed in order to drive my car home the same day. All in all everyone treated me like family and I am beyond grateful I came to Classic Toyota for my first car buying experience.
