Sales staff really helpful friendly. Service depart another story. Brought truck in for routine oil change tire rotation. After getting home noticed same tire was in same position as before the service. I know this because the left front tire was plugged a few days before and plugged tire was still on the left front. Called to service department and basically made out I was lying about it because the technician and dispatcher said it was done. Guess it’s a magical truck and tires can rotate positions on the way home. Said I could spend the time and gas to bring it back up there. Buyer beware when using their service department. If they will lie about something as simple as a tire rotation what else will they lie about.
