If I could give them a negative rating, I would do so. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on a warranteed item. I called TEN TIMES at least with NO CALL BACKS because they didn't want to do the work~! I spoke initially with Crystal, left THREE messages for her (never called me back), then left TWO messages for Robert, the service manager, and TWO messages for Linda the dealership manager. I finally got through to Crystal once again and she complained because this was the first chance she'd had to sit down (because I asked why she hadn't called back). She then put me on hold and NEVER came back. After 15 minutes, I hung up. I never got angry, I wasn't rude, and this is simply the worst experience I've ever had with a Ford dealership.
