Five Stars is NOT enough for these guys! On our way to Oregon from Floriday, our Ram 2500 developed a driveline issue. We drove to their dealership Where Jim and Alan looked at our vehicle and within a day had us back on road! The owner allowed us to put our camper for the night while our truck was being repaired. No one wants to deal with issues like this when traveling but this guy's made every effort to make our stay pleasant and get us back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us out when we needed it the most! Richard, Diane and Birdie

Absolutely the worst communications I have ever encountered… my jeep has been with them for over a month and a technician has not looked at it yet. Neither the service writer (Sergio) or the service manager (Scott) will take my calls or call me back. I have no idea whether the actual service department is good or not. But I certainly can’t recommend taking your vehicle to Landers CDJR in Southaven!

I was taking my vehicles in for oil changes and repairs and found out they never changed my filters like I was paying for. They never could fix any problems on two of my vehicles and had one that they kept for over a week and never even put it in the system that they ever had it. All I could get was they "can't duplicate". I moved my vehicles to the Flowood office and they found my problems right away. Mac Haik has no way of contacting anyone outside of the dealership to help with customer service. I had to contact Chrysler/Stellantis to file a claim and they never got a response from them. Worst experience ever with Dodge/Jeep vehicles ever. I've owned around 10 RAM trucks with no problems but now I hate these vehicles due to the service problems I've experienced.

I have a car that isn't only new but he did just what I asked for and found me a vehicle with a lower monthly note. Matt was very patient with me during my time of trying to decide on my trade. I talked with him on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership he met me before I could get out id my vehicle with a smile which made me want to do business with your company even more. I went from a 2012 with high payments to a 2016 with lower payments. Thanks Matt, you were awesome.
