If you're looking for a salesman who is honest, quick to respond, and makes you feel like your time is worth while- Then talk to Jacob Gillette. After shopping for a used car in the 30k-35k range and talking to multiple dealerships he is the salesman that stood out tremendously out of the 10+ I had spoken with. Don't believe me? Take it for yourself when you call and ask for Jacob specifically. Ultimately I did not buy a car from Jacob as another dealership gave me a deal I could not pass up (hopefully it doesn't bite me), but even after i let Jacob know that- He didn't pressure me one bit. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to EARN our business (I was impressed with this terminology, as all the separate salesmen i spoke with at other dealerships i didnt seem to matter to them), and didn't make me feel guilty about passing him up. I'll be looking for a full sized truck soon due to a baby on the way- I will absolutely be reaching out to him. You should too if you want to support a salesman that isn't pushy and isn't just in it for the money, he seemed like he actually WANTED to sell me a car, which I found out nowadays is surprisingly hard to find. Curry Chevrolet- hope you realize this employees worth, not often dealerships receive positive reviews after not even buying a car lol

We saw the car that we wanted on the website. We talked to Rick on Tuesday. We did the finance part on line and was in the car on Thursday afternoon. This seriously was the easiest hassle- free car buying experience I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rick Wright to everyone.

Gavyn did an amazing job working with our price and making us feel comfortable. He explained everything about the car and watched our expressions. He could tell when didn't understand something and reviewed it again. He could answer all of our questions and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. We haven't bought a car in 14 years. Imagine that!! All the electronics and infotainment system was a bit overwhelming. Gavyn was so reassuring and made sure we understood. He scheduled our Ziebart in Greenwood and Sarah also gets a 5 star. He has called us twice since then to check on how we are doing. Scot did the finance part. It went so quick and smoothly. I love the big desk screen. We got the Diamond Total protection Package since we are not one of those people who buy a new car every few years. He was so helpful in getting our extended warranty and explained it thoroughly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and these two staff members. Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership! I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable. I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.
