Even thou the car we wanted was not on their lot, Kyle search all of Wisconsin and even down into Chicago. They did not give up until we were happy. I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend.

Our sales person Alysia was amazing with us. Never felt pressured and her communication with our questions were always responded to quickly. Once the sale was complete she continued communicating with us on accessories we had ordered that needed to still be installed. We never worried about being forgotten once the sale was complete. Would not hesitate to buy from her again.

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

I contacted this dealership for pricing on a new f150 and they never did anything to earn a sale. They told me that all ford dealers have the same price because of ford employees pricing. Well guess what I just bought a $72000 lariat at a dealership that was willing to work with me.

Traveling through Newberry on a weekend vacation, my E150 van developed a leak in the heater. The dealership was very accommodating in evaluating the problem and attempting to find a replacement part on a Saturday morning with other customers waiting. In the end it would have taken a couple of days to get the new heater core. I opted to try a leak stop product which allowed me to get home. There was no charge for their labor. All in all a very satisfying experience.

I was in search of a brand new F150. Dena Fedell did a great job to find the truck I was looking for. The problem is the sales manager would not do anything to secure the truck and the deal did not go through. I was really looking forward to buying a truck through my hometown salesperson and dealership but they did not get the vehicle I was looking for.
