Eric A. was our service advisor and he was top notch in being thorough, great communication and ensuring that the problem was solved correctly. He went the extra mile to work with our warranty and have the problem part covered. If I could give Apple Ford and Eric more than 5 stars because of this level of customer service, I would!

Adam at Bloomington Subaru is your go to guy! After several days of visiting several dealerships I found myself at this dealship and at Adams desk. We went over the on hand inventory and narrowed it down to a half dozen vehicles that would fit me (I'm tall and lanky). Adam went off and returned with keys in hand and we checked them out on the lot and test drove the ones I was more leaning towards. In comparison to the other dealerships, Adam is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and capable while not engaging in the antics that caused me to just flat walk out of the other dealers. Adam was quick to respond to my messages and calls. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.
