I was shopping around for a new vehicle and saw this car dealership online. I reached out to them to inquire about a vehicle and was contacted right away. Seth sent me a message and we scheduled a time to see the vehicle on Halloween. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Seth, in his awesome Halloween costume, he then showed me the car I was interested in. He was very thorough and explained all the vehicles features. We then went back inside and started talking numbers. We negotiated a bit and we came to an agreement. After we made the deal, I was taken to the center of the dealership and Seth rang a bell and announced that I had purchased the vehicle. The whole staff cheered and clapped. It was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the day I asked Seth various questions and he answered them fully and truthfully. The overall car buying experience was seamless and very pleasant. Seth was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Seth to any one of my friends and family.

Have been looking for a new truck for a couple of months. I actually work in the business and understand how the process works. I found a truck at the dealer, reached out to get a quote. Crystal Magana responded immediately provided me all the info I requested. Because I was a good distance from the store, I didnt really want to travel back. Crystal was outstanding getting all the paper work done and drove over an hour with a porter to deliver the car to me and sign the paperwork. Really tremendous customer experience. She is a keeper!

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
