Highly recommend that you take your car buying business to the Awesome folks at James River Chrysler. Our salesman Brandon M. went above and beyond during our shopping experience. He went so far as to bring the vehicle to our home, so my wife could test drive after she got off work. Very kind and patient with us through entire process. Never felt any rush or pressure from the staff. Daniel in Finance was a pleasure to meet and work with. I told everyone that it was, BY FAR, the best automobile buying experience I have ever had!! April 14, 2025 I brought my 2019 Honda Civic in to inquire about brake service (brake fluid replacement) and to replace engine oil and filter. Laine M. (Service Advisor) Informed me at that time they could perform the services requested the same day - today. So I agreed cause the fluids replacement was due. Pinegar Honda represented by Service Advisor Laine M. Asked if I would like to wait or if I needed a ride? I said I would wait. Services I requested were completed in about 90 minutes and Laine went over the service report with me then brought my car around. I brought my car home and lifted the hood to inspect fluid levels. All services confirmed to be completed as requested. Laine M. was most courteous and informed me that he was able to bring the final bill down by nearly $50 as I had presented Pinegar Honda service coupons at the time of requesting services. I thanked Laine M. for adjusting my final bill down which was under $300 down to $242. I prefer to bring my car in to dealership for services rather than taking to 3rd party for services and Laine did not disappoint rather was informative and genuinely concerned with my overall satisfaction for services performed. It is rare to get same hour service at Springfield’s premier Honda Dealership, so again I expressed my gratitude for services well performed. Laine M. absolutely deserves my praise for taking care of business and my service needs. Thanks Laine M. for coordinating a timely service! Greatly Appreciated. Wayne S. 2019 Civic EX

Loved my entire experience. Chris rocked. He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!
