When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. After negotiations and agreeing upon a price, all that was left was to fill out the paperwork. When they came back, they informed me that the price was going to be $2,000 more than what we had agreed to. These guys were really trying to take advantage of a guy that was broke down a long way from home trying to get home for Christmas. I have tried to talk to the GM on many occasions but he refuses to take my calls or even respond by email. Beware of doing business with these guys.

What an experience this was, Tyler was so great and very informative. The one thing I appreciated was if he didn't know the answer he found out. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend Lake View Auto to everyone I know. Wonderful place and we love our new Tacoma.

One of the worst experiences with a dealership that we've ever had. Took them almost three weeks to pay off our other loan so we had two loans going for almost a whole month, on top of that we were told they would fix a small problem with the car and after two months of bugging them we gave up and we still didn't have the problem fixed.
