Poor communication. Did the entire purchase via Toyota corporate but the car was in this location. When we brought it back for service (oil change, tire rotation, fixing windshield wiper nozzle), they didn't give any updates, almost sold my car to someone else, and didn't provide proof of the service. 0/10, do not go here to service your car. Just buy the car and leave them behind!
