They saved me so much time, so I own a Hummer and have struggled to get its services and recalls handled at other dealerships. For a couple of reasons like needing a certified EV tech, and not having the proper lifts. So my truck would stay in other shops for weeks. But not here at Sedano Chevrolet, they took care of it within 4 days and provided a rental. It was hassle free, since they have multiple certified EV techs. The manager was so responsive and made me aware of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Im so excited for there turn around time! That I will be back for all my services…

If I could leave them zero stars I would. This review specifically deals with Patrick Duffy in the service department. My truck has been in there multiple times and they can't fix the problem. Never got updates from Patrick when I would text him, never got a response from Patrick when I emailed him, and then he called me to say they are refusing to work on my truck due to me being aggressive. Now for the good part...the aggressive is due to me leaving a honest review of my experience on a post service survey that his dealership sent me. Bottom line he is upset that I left him a negative review based on his customer service and lack of fixing the car. If you have Patrick as your advisor, I wish you good luck.
