We narrowed down our choices to three vehicles, one of them was located at Porsche Ontario—about 450 miles away. Our inquiry was promptly answered by sales team member Primo Garcia. We explained our situation and the logistics involved in flying in to complete the sale. Primo was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. He even created an impressive video of the car and walked us through all of its features. The vehicle was placed on hold for us—without requiring a deposit and with no pressure. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire Porsche Ontario team, who were both friendly and accommodating. The car was exactly as advertised, was prepped and ready for us. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. James was expecting me, he explained the scope of service and made other necessary arrangement including time of completion the same day. Later he called as promised informing me that the service was complete and the car is ready for pick up. I have been a customer for over twenty years and have been happy with the dealership. My last visit was disappointing, the actual service was good but my car keys were mistakenly given to the wrong car for a test drive. My car is a CRV and the test drive car should have been a Pilot. It was driven for about 15 minutes, Clayton did communicate with me about it. The service manager came and talked to me and 2 gallons of gas was put into my car ( before being brought back). I felt the experience was not good and the resolution was unsettling.
