STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!Let me start by saying I NEVER leave a negative review! I went into Audi South Atlanta to test drive a vehicle, made an offer that was accepted. Gave my deposit and was awaiting the car to be serviced. Came back when I was told, only to find the work was not preformed. Upon returning to finalize the sale I test drove the car again only to find the work was yet again NOT done. They tried to pressure me into purchasing the cart before the work was performed (so glad I didn't). I was told to come back the next day and the car would be ready. The next day I received a call from the sales mgr. Ollin Dunford notifying me they decided to go with another offer.…. WHAT YOU HAVE MY MONEY.. since I was already in route to the dealership, I decided to go in and talk to the general mgr. James Boeing who to say the least was very rude, arrogant and dismissive, who abruptly walked away from our conversation like a mad child. So, I decided to call the corporate office Butler Auto Group to notify them of the experience I had. After SEVERAL call with me leaving multiple messages over the course of a week. It’s been 2 weeks I am still awaiting a phone call back from them. Who wants to do business with a company that doesn’t value their CUSTOMES!!!! Be very careful when dealing with this dealership!!!!!!!! They make the myth of auto salesman/dealership very TRUE!
