Im just gone start off by saying, Dealerships are well known for hidden fees and extra bs, I called to reserve a vehicle with only color within a 50 mile radius and was told by the GM we cant hold any vehicle without a deposit in a nonchalant manner, a typical GM mindset, David DeLa Pena get all praise for pulling through on making sure I got what I was looking for. Hands down all stars across the board for David💪💪💪

New Pickup - EH
Matt has a very, easy going personality. No pressure. I was going to walk away from the deal, but the sales team worked with me and we were able to find common ground. the only issue I had was the long waits because so many salespersons were off on Thanksgiving. I would think you would want all hands on deck for that week for sure. But I walked away with a new pickup that I thoughtly enjoy.

Cruze engine light on. - LCT70667848
Took only one day to fix problem. Plus they confirmed how to get the Cruz started in cases where it does not allow the key fob to restart the stranded car.

Luis gets 5 Stars!! - MHMSPINE
Luis makes the Jim Ellis experience exactly what the company wants to customer feel. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and most importantly, he kept me informed during the entire process. I’m a long standing customer and I’ve had the same experience with Brandon and Vladimir. It’s why I keep coming back. I drive past another Chevrolet dealership to get to Jim Ellis.

Rich Hendrick (Duluth) comes highly recommended. I've purchased 3 new cars from RH and each time, David Simon was my salesperson. He is a true ROCK STAR! I told him what I was looking for and he didn't hesitate to get make sure I was happy. He goes above and beyond when it comes to Customer Satisfaction, and I thoroughly appreciate the hard work he puts into his craft.
Great Experience - Greg
Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
2018 Tahoe - Satisfied Customer
I'm not an easy customer, I have bought a new vehicle every 2-3 years my entire adult life, so I know I think I know the ends and outs of how dealers jack customers around. I dealt with a good sales rep named T.J via email for about two weeks....first about ordering a specific model of Suburban, equipped the way I wanted it as opposed to the way a dealer orders them for the masses. I just couldn't pull the trigger on ordering one, because you WILL pay very, very close to MSRP on it. (If someone knows a way to order one and get a deep discount on it, please let me know!).
Anyway, I decided to go a different direction and hold off.
A couple of weeks later, I was driving by and thought "what the xxxx, let's see what's on their lot" and pulled in. This is where it get's good....I parked my RAM 2500 and got out and walked around for 20-30 minutes looking at their inventory and not one person accosted me. I liked that. In fact, being jumped as soon as I pull on a dealer lot is the one thing that makes me get out of there ASAP. I hate aggressive salesmen. So I see three stunning 2018 Tahoe's....black, 4x4, Z71 package, Midnight Edition. (I would love to see this in a Suburban). I check them all out, still not being accosted. So I walk inside, ask for TJ and we proceeded to go look at the Tahoe's. It was good timing on my part, so let's just say that TJ and Day's Chevy made a sales offer I was very comfortable with.
So just for giggles, I asked them to make me an offer on my 2015 RAM 2500 (which was VERY nice...Cummins diesel, leveled, 4x4, Laramie, Crew Cab, 8 foot bed, Warn winch, Fuel rims, Micky T 35" off road tires and only 10,300 miles on it). Well about 30 minutes later, Days made me an offer on my RAM I just couldn't turn down.
So I got a great deal on a new Tahoe and a more than fair price on my RAM 2500.
Aside from all of those good things I've mentioned, the facilities were immaculate and I only had to speak with two people.....TJ and Chris (the paperwork guy).
Days Chevrolet has the right business model for a modern dealership in my experience.
Go see for yourself.

Just about every time I bring me car in for a grease & oil change I have had to bring my car back in before I even leave so they could put air in my tires. No one has checked it. This time they did not even reset my oil gauge to 100%. I am just wondering what else they did do. I thought this was a 6 point inspection. I never got a sheet for one.
Awesome sales experience - chrisseese
I came to Megel for an oil change and while waiting for my vehicle to be done, I walked the lot and found my dream car. It was beyond my abilities to get, but Chris Barrett said he’d see what he could do. After lots of hard work on his part, I now own my dream car. He was an awesome sales person and really did everything he could to make my dream come true. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from Megel and it’s the only place I’m going from here on out.
Awesome Service - Carsalesheather2
We were able to look at several vehicles and drive them with no pressure to purchase. All of the vehicles were priced to sale. Our sales accociate made sure we got above and beyond what we needed to purchase the vehicle and whatever needed to be fixed. I was very happy with my experience with the dealership and my purchase.

Treated Me Fairly When Another Dealership Tried to Rob Me - classicguy2017
I went to a another dealership and received a diagnosis and an excessively large quote on repairs. I received a second opinion from Goodmark Chevrolet and they discovered the real problem which was ultimately a much cheaper repair. I am thankful that they did not try and up sell me repairs that were not necessary.
Lied and told me that I needed a new engine in my hummer h3. - Lesleyscar
They told me that I needed a new engine when mine only had 103,000 miles.Just because they could not figure out how to fix the oil pressure light.I was told this after almost 3 weeks of them keeping the truck and more than $600 later. So I took my truck somewhere else to find out that it was just the oil pressure switch.Terry Cullen was trying to charge me $14,000 for a engine that was not needed will never go there again!!!

Great teammates - Great teammates
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
Cheats, liars, scam artists! - Jess
I went in for an internet sale price of 15,652 a couple of weeks ago (I had called ahead a couple of days to make an appt). The sales person verified the internet price when I got there and I test drove the car. I decided I liked it and wanted the car. She was going to get the car washed and the paperwork done as I went and signed off with my insurance on my car that had been totaled because of an accident. When we got back she was finishing up with another appt, so we waited. When we finally sat down and she put the paperwork in front of me the price of the car had gone up to 19,179. We said you wrote the price down wrong. She said her boss said the "Labor Day" sale was over. I said this was a verified internet special price. You verified it when we got here, we have it on our phones. She went back to the "secret person in the secret room" came back and said, sorry, that is the best we can do. Really? You sent that salesperson out to me to deliver that message? You were afraid to talk to me face to face? Why? Because you are a dishonest scam artist? I wasted my whole day with you? Came from Marietta to buy this car and this is the scam I get? Then I tied to contact the internet sales manager, the owner of the car dealership, one of his son's who worked there. No one would return an email or a phone call. Wonder why? Cheats , liars, scam artists who do not respect others; and the time I had to take off to deal with them. It is no wonder dealerships have the sad reputation they do!
Efficient, Stress Free Experience - Paul Ilukor
Coming from about 2.5 hours away from Superior Chevrolet, most of my initial contact was over the phone. I was fortunate to speak with Mr. Philip Malone III through the process.
During our conversations, at no point did I feel pressured in any way to come up with a quick decision. On the contrary, as much information was provided about the purchase which included a complete breakdown of associated costs.
Once terms were verbally agreed to, I was ready to make the trip for the purchase after having been assured that none of the terms would be altered once I arrived at the store.
On the day of the purchase, we arrived at Superior Chevrolet and found the car we were interested in parked upfront. Once we were cordially greeted by the staff who directed us inside and put a call out to Mr. Malone, mentioning that he had a guest upfront. Mr. Malone walked up with a folder containing all that we had discussed over the phone, handed the folder to a colleague, Mr. Ken Cabell who proceeded to give us a test drive of the vehicle and work with us on completing some of the paperwork for the purchase - none of the agreed terms being altered.
Once the purchase was completed after yet another efficient process in the finance department, we were taken over to Mr. Harris Jones Jr. who walked us through the capabilities of the new purchase and help with the setup of the car features. Within no time, we were on our way, pleased with the whole experience.
Buying a car can be a stressful experience in some cases, but in this instance I can affirm that working with the Superior Chevrolet staff provided a stress free experience with their warm and professional service throughout the process. It isn't just the name - the services provided are indeed Superior to others encountered.
Two visits--Tried to sell bogus repair: (Read Review) - Bob
I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.
Good people, personalized attention - rrauh
Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.
Lack of Customer Service. - Nile2018
All I ask if there is Tahoe of any trim line that is between $45,000 to $55,000 and he was yelling at me that they do not have that price range and saying that is like 40% off of the car price. So I guess the lowest model of LS is like $77,000.00 and the Premier model would be 98,000.00...
