decided to stop in and see what they had at the spur of the moment. In less than three hours
we were driving out with that truck. Tammy Walker was our sales person and she was great! She understood that we were no nonsense kind of buyers....and basically cut it down to basics....she worked it as much as possible and we all came to great ending. Randy came away very happy with exactly what he was looking for.

I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked me if I needed help and I said I was looking at a new Mercedes they had on the lot. He went straight inside and got me keys and allowed me to get to know the car and take my time with it. He offered me a test drive that I took, and it drove fantastic. He then let me take a few pictures of the vehicle and take my time with it once again. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel stressed, and I didn't feel pressured (Like some dealerships will make us feel.), and it was a great experience. I was asked for my contact information, which I proudly gave, and I was on my way to make the decision if I wanted to purchase or not. It's been nearly 2 weeks, my email hasn't been blown up, and they are really leaving the decision to me and that's they way all dealerships should treat their clients!!! Let them walk away, and comeback when the time is right for them. That's the way car buying should always be. I definitely recommend Cronic Chevrolet for great service. And when you get there, ask for ConNeilous! He's a wonderful Sales Assistant! I was really pleased with my results today, I took my car to several places to have a minor situation fixed, my car was reducing speed, and i had bought several parts, people were telling me I had transmission problems, I googled everything i could until I thought I was an mechanic, lol, but one person said take your car to Chevrolet to get an diagnostic, because they will give you the real results, I made an appointment at one of the other locations, but it would be Monday until they got to the car, so a mutual friend told us about Chevrolet on Thornton Rd. drop the car off left keys in the box, they called that morning and Brian was my technician, he told me he would call me in the morning, called me told me it was a simple thing of my tire size that was throwing my traction off.... and I would like to say those guys are great........

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Went to buy Nissan Titan seen on web. Waylee George met me at the door and was very nice. Took truck for test drive and seemed like good deal. Asked if I could take to my mechanic before making deal and was told the truck was already checked before being placed on the lot by their service department. Making me feel like it was unreasonable to ask such. However I was not buying until I took it to my mechanic. Needless to say my mechanic found leaks in transfer case, radiator, rear wheel wells, heater not working and a problem with the air bag. Hmmmm? Reported problems in return and Waylee told me that all problems are not fixed by service department that it is a used car and that was why the price was what it was (blue book value). Nope no deal! Run!
