Great Experience - Twiggy
We knew the car that we were ready to purchase when we came to the dealership. Paul, our salesperson, was very helpful in answering questions about the car. The dealership was very fair to us with the sales price of the car as well as what we were offered for our trade-in value.
We would recommend this dealership to others!

Always purchase GAP and head to Troncalli! - Stanarts
I recently lost my Honda Odyssey touring to a car accident that was not my fault. Dealing with the loss of a highly loved vehicle, insurance bureaucracy, multiple doctor visits and a full time job left very little time for the car search process.
To make things more interesting, we are about to start the home buying process and anyone who has been thru the this knows... even with good credit, no one wants multiple hits from multiple car dealers. I did my research and we have purchased a vehicle from here about 10 years prior. I met with Rex earlier in the week to kind of review options for the wrangler unlimited. I returned Friday evening and test drove a few options with my husband. Rex and the finance department worked with us to find something that fit both our want and needs as well as our budget. Super happy with their support and accommodations. We had our 2 year old thru a good portion of the process as well and Rex never batted an eyelash at his eagerness and typical toddler antics.
Honestly very pleased with our experience!

Great service! - Lexi Peters
Everyone was so nice and helpful, I was in a out really quick and I absolutely love my new 4Runner! Best service I've ever had at a dealership!
Out of state trade in - SPCUnger
Was very skeptical of the entire process of trading in my vehicle to an out of state dealership. Have heard of everything from bait and switch operations to dropping the trade price on delivery. This was not the case with Cronic, I had tried a few dealerships in the weeks prior and got plenty of those BS automated emails and responses, not with Cronic you deal with a real person every step of the way, they answered every question I had, were patient and more importantly were fair and honest. I won’t need another vehicle for the forseable future but if I did, I would go to Cronic again. Was worth every mile of the 240mile drive.
The only reason I’m not using them for future maintenance on the truck is the above 240mile drive! Give them a shot! You won’t be upset you did!

greatest car buying experience ever... - Hellcat Owner
I stopped by this dealer on the way home from work and I was glad I did. I was interested in purchasing a charger hellcat. A salesmen by the name of Mike Thompson assisted me in doing so. His customer service skills was off the chart incredibly good. He gave me a good deal on one particular car but I didn’t like the color even though it was a extremely good deal he didn’t push the issue just trying to make a sale like most salesman would do. He had real patience and really made me comfortable the time I was there so I told him what I was interested in and he located it at another one of there locations and it was a done deal he made it happen. When I received delivery of my Hellcat he went over the entire car from bumper to bumper showing me all the bells and whistles the car has to offer. It took about an hour but I must say it was well worth it. The bottom line Mike made my buying experience a breeze and if you plan on buying at this location I recommend Mike Thompson to assist you.
Great Experience - Greg
Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Fantastic experience ordering a Hellcat from 2,500 mls away - GrnLantern
I ordered my 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Eddie Rosa at Landmark Dodge across the country (I'm in CA, they're in GA). He worked with me throughout every step of the process, and was extremely helpful, easy to deal with, very communicative, and made sure my end-to-end experience was pleasant *and* most importantly did *not* feel like he was "selling me a car."
A few months after ordering (we ordered right when MY2017 ended, so there was a slight delay from Dodge), my car arrived at Landmark Dodge in GA. He prepped it, worked through the Lease details and paperwork (FedEx'd overnight back and forth to knock it out quickly), and shipped the car to me.
Yes, I bought it sight unseen. Zero issues, Eddie and the team at Landmark were worthy of my trust, and I'm pleased to say they lived up to my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering my next SRT from them, even though there are many Dodge dealerships closer to me (~2,500 miles away).
Excellent worry-free experience- - Yentl and Terrence
My fiancé and I had been looking to buy a SUV, and had our mind set on a Durango. We didn't get the Durango, but our salesman, Donald Bentley, introduced us to the 2017 Dodge Journey. At first the Journey was out of the question( for me anyway). But Donald refused the let us leave unsatisfied. Long story short we bought the Journey, and Donald made it so easy!! We've had our SUV for about 3 weeks now and we're in LOVE! I highly recommend Athens Dodge, not only Donald but the whole staff was AWESOME! We will be purchasing our future cars from them.
Awesome - Ant

Derrick Langley resolved a very complicated issue. - moni3cc
Derick should be the gm at this place. He handled a very complicated situation with respect and dedication to making the matter fair. He is an example of a good leader.
Ed Voyles does not stand behind their repair shop work - Andrew
I would give zero stars if possible. They do not stand behind their repair shop work. My wife had a headlamp bulb replaced and the Ed Voyles repair shop failed to replace the headlamp cover causing water to leak in over a period of time and the whole assembly shorted out. Drew Tutton the GM said "gee I am sorry but too long has passed since we worked on the light" therefore, he does not want to pay for the repair. It cost approximately $900.00 to replace the headlamp assembly. I will never do business with Ed Voyles again and will not purchase a Ram, Jeep or Dodge vehicle again.
Great Dealership - msmat
My experience here has been great form the initial purchase in October 2015 to today. The sales staff were great and the customer service in the shop has been fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and for service.
Advertised discounts are real! - Proud Owner!
The first thing I questioned was are these discounts I see on the internet and television real. Well, yes, and they even have more they will show you in case you qualify. Call and talk to Tom Sliger before you go and he will explain in detail to all your questions. When I arrived and met Tom he was friendly and very helpful. Everything he had told me over the phone was as he described. I was impressed. My past experience at other dealerships have disappointed me. Thanks, Tom, great job!
Fantastic Dealership Experience - GPue
My 2012 Challenger needed a new motor and I still owed a lot of money on the car. Steven Duty was able to help get me traded out of it into a Chrysler 300 Platinum that I love! It was a blessing to have the help of him, Paul, and Robert the General Manager!
A Service Department Beyond A 5 Star of Excellence. - RAS
My name is Robert Mullings. I moved to Atlanta in 2010,and since that time I have carried my 2005 Dodge Magnum for service to various Dodge Dealerships around the Metro Area. However, Gwinnett always stood out as the dealership that not only cared about their buying customers, but also the ones they serviced. I recently went through a 6 months ordeal of trying to replace and install a new engine for my Magnum. What should have been an easy process, turned into a nightmare. However, I took my Magnum to Gwinnett, and met Chaz my Service Writer and Brad their Service Manager, and my anxieties were quelled because we spoke the same language towards Excellence In Auto Repairs. I was then introduced to Nerman, who in my 40 years of meeting and working with auto service techs, is the finest at his craft of fixing and repairing all Dodge, Chryler & jeep Automobiles. He and I hit it off from the beginning because he was meticulous in his workmanship as I was in the care towards excellence for my car. Despite the many hurdles and problems that we went through trying to get the process of installing a working engine, they remained constant in their dedication toward making sure that no stone went unturned in completing this process. In today's world mostly everything is driven by Money, and its hard to find Employees that care about the product the way an owner does. So, I am extremely grateful that Gwinnett Dodge/Chryler have these three individuals working with them, I was able to pick up my Dodge Magnum this weekend, and it drove like a new vehicle. I Thank Brad For His Help. I Thank Chaz For His Excellence As A Caring Service Writer /Manager, and I Thank Nerman for The Excellent & Meticulous Work He Did On My Dodge Magnum. We need more people like these in this world. Thank You Again For Your Dedication Towards Excellence.
I'm tepid on the sales guys, got saved by the Manager. - Erik Johnson
So, I bought a used truck from the dealership I had bought from since 1999. I didn't kick tires or haggle. I just signed and drove away as I always do. (My ninth car from them)
But there were problems. Lots of problems.
I called and the sales guy, Gary Williams, and he couldn't find time to call me back. /crickets
I spoke to his associate Jack and he was dismissive and never called back after our first useless conversation.
I started to feel like "You're nothing to these people once the ink dries."
I sent one more email and one more text because I had a suspicion that the owners didn't know what those sales guys were hoping would just go away.
And that's when I was on the phone with the sales manager, General manager speaking for the owner. They hadn't got word of what those sales guys were sitting on til my last message.
Long story short, they appreciated my previous business after all. And they told me I could undo my deal and buy another truck, a flawless new one. Or they'd fix what was not-good on the used truck and back me up. It was up to me.
It was awesome. So I bought a new truck. It was a better choice for me because I honestly stopped trusting anything my sales guy had said. And the truck was a scar.
But the management at Mountain Valley is like you want to believe it is in a small town. They're concerned about their business and they value repeat business.
So here's how it shakes out and what I learned:
When buying a USED car, take it to your mechanic for an exam before you sign anything. That's just common sense I did not employ and my sales guy was glad I didn't.
When buying a NEW car, seriously consider buying it from either Jason (Neal), or John (Connor)
I'm not gonna comment on if you get a great price because that's got more to do with moods and the phase of the moon, but I will tell you that MVM made it right, and seemed very genuine.
Dr Erik johnson
Not much to say after Roy Aderhold left. I've bought EIGHT cars from these guys since 1999, never haggled, bought some (new) cars sight unseen (FOUR Jeep Wranglers, two Durangos, a Ram 1500, a Ram 2500). Well then on Dec 31, I bought a used truck. I wanted to give Gary a year-end tick on the board. Barely checked the truck out. Trusted him. Signed and left. They told me everything was ship shape. Been checked out. That couldn't have been further from the truth. In fact, the truck had been submerged over the frame to let water down into the transmission and differentials. Further, the oil filter and air filter were TENS OF THOUSANDS of miles old despite assurances that the vehicle had been serviced before the sale. The guy in the bay looking at the truck showed me every piece and part. Liars. I called and spoke to JACK. He suggested I take my problems up with the poor guy who traded in the truck to the dealer ship. Some guy name John Lowery or something. I think his name's no secret since Jack was happy to send me after him. Then Jack got off the phone with a "let me call you back" which, amazingly was the last conversation I got to have with the dealership. Funny thing is, the entire dealership's phones BROKE all at the same time, and were unable to make a single call after I called and told them about the vehicles serious condition. Nope, you'd be an idiot to buy used from them. Because think about this: if they're willing to lie to a guy who bought EIGHT brand new vehicles from them, who *WOULDN'T* they lie to? Beware. Let my expensive mistake serve as your own pre-emptive lesson. As an aside, since I'm entirely on my own with this lemon: Anyone know who can get me an airbag, a new fuel gauge, and a transmission flush and front and rear differential drain flush and gasket? I'm gonna spend thousands on pre-existing poor condition for this F-450. Respectfully submitted, Dr. Erik Johnson.
