Kristen our service advisor quickly helped us through two recalls on our vehicle. We requested another issue be fixed during the same visit (that another dealer could not find) and it was. Nice waiting area and good coffee. But due to the extended wait time, we received a free shuttle ride and retrieved the vehicle later that same day. Great experience overall.

So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call.
When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour.

In April I purchased a New 2018 JL Jeep Wrangler from Jasper Jeep. I took it back to Jasper Jeep for wind noise they brought their “wind specialist” in but the noise was not resolved. Well that was the least of the worries. I started hearing a noise in the rear end took it back to Jasper Jeep. They said when they change my aftermarket wheels and tires back to the originals the noise stopped! They did not call me to come listen so NO I don’t believe that. I purchased these aftermarket wheels and tires from them so they would stand behind them. So then they stated they replaced the left axle and bearing assemble. Nosie still present! Just drive it it’s not a safety issue! Stayed a week at their service dept. that time. Took it back again for noise is still present on 10/24 they remove rear diff. cover for inspection. WHY? If you replace the axel and bearing assemble then you’ve already been in the rear end you should know what it looks like in there. No issues found. Noise still present! 3 Choices per Ryker Lowe Drive it till something happens then we will know what to fix, change the wheels back to factories or we will buy it back taking a $12,000 loss in 6 months. NO I DON’T THINK SO!!! So on 10/31 I took my Jeep to Mountain Valley in Blue Ridge GA buy lunch the next day they called saying they took the diff. cover off the back and the fluid is black and the rear end has shavings all in it! They could not tell where the rear end of the jeep had ever been into. They had to re-build the rear end. My hats off to Mountain Valley they took my problem that Jasper Jeep could care less about and fixed it for me.
SO IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU MAKE THAT PURCHASE DO NOT BUY AT JASPER JEEP THEY DON’T CARD ONE CENT ABOUT YOU AFTER YOUR PURCHASE!!

She put zero pressure on me to buy, but answered all of my questions and ended up giving me a fair price for a great vehicle. Bought a new 2019 vehicle two weeks ago, rear end was intermittingly roaring on the way home, the stereo volume was going up and down. I called to bring it back and had to schedule an appointment with service the next week. Service said that Dodge was having problems with the stereo issues and had no fix, and what I needed to do was switch from am to fm to reset the stereo each time it failed while they try to work on a fix for it.
Then they said to just drive the vehicle for 1000 miles to see if the rear end roar goes away.
I am still in shock over the customer service of this place. And it’s the first time I’ve EVER purchased a new car that wasn’t filled up with gas before I left the dealership.
In today’s environment of web presence, businesses should realize that 90% of consumers read reviews before their purchase and I will make sure to post a buyer beware on every social media platform available to prevent consumers from making this same mistake.

Went there to see a truck we saw online. The finance person told us it would be a better purchase if we got a newer track because we could get better flexibility with financing. However, after sitting there for three hours they said there was a misunderstanding and they were talking about the initial truck we came to look at. When we asked to speak to the finance manager he didn’t even have the xxxxx to come out and speak to us. The general manager came out to speak with us. He was a pompous, derogatory jerK. Stay far away from this dealership.

I took my company work truck in for a simple flat repair. After being told that it would be a 1/2 hour to repair the tire, I agreed to wait. After an hour of waiting the truck had not moved from where they had parked it. I asked the service writer if she could build a fire under the shop people because I needed to get back to the job site. She responded that they were waiting for a lift that would lift a 1 ton truck. Since when do you need a lift to remove 1 tire!!! At the 2 hour mark, the service writer brought me the #10 screw that been in the tire and said that the tire was repairable, which was bull!! The screw was 3" from the side wall. Long story short they where trying to get me to buy tires. I took the tire to another shop to only find out that the tech at Akins had ruined the tire with his attempt to repair the tire. I will never darken their door again! This was my 2nd visit to this dealership. The 1st was for a oil change that took 2 hours with an appointment.

My wife had recently totaled her 2017 Wrangler. We stopped in to just look at the new JL. Two things happened that lead to us leaving in a new one. 1st Ryan took time to show here a couple of different ones and let her test drive one. He spent a lot of time with us and was not pushy. 2nd They happened to have exactly what she wanted. Upon arriving at the store I told Ryan we just wanted to look, but he still took the time to answer questions and show us the product. Then after having exactly what she wanted they were able to make the numbers work. Great experience and I would definitely return.

So I bought a 2018 Dodge Durango. Since then I am having issues with the rain sensor, it doesn't work. I took it 3 times, the last time they told me that they replaced it. It is still not working and the technician was trying to convince me that it is working as designed. I live 30 mins away. They wasted 3 Saturdays of my time without fixing the issue.

I took my Jeep the Mountain Valley Motors in Blue Ridge Ga for a simple parking brake adjustment. After upselling me a total rear brake job, the parking brake is no better than when I took it in. I would take it somewhere else if they didn't OWE me a parking brake adjustment.
