Seriously, ask for Tracy when you go. I have been to many dealerships and had plenty of pushy salesmen. I hate pushy! My boyfriend and I went to Hayes in Gainesville and Tracy came out and greeted us. I told her what i was looking for and the price range and she showed me only cars that fit that criteria. We spent at least 2 hours there with her looking around and test driving. The time we spent talking to her was so pleasent. She was very helpful and very nice and not pushy. It felt like we knew Tracy for years. They had a lot of nice cars on the lot. The office was nice and clean and the other employees there were very nice. Once I fell in love with the 2015 Dodge Dart i was done. Tracy rushed around to get my new car detailed and put gas in it for me while John wrapped up the sale and had me do paperwork. John was able to get me a loan with a different lender which worked in my favor because my monthly payments were almost $100 less a month than i had planned for! Thank you John for that. After i was done with paperwork Tracy walked me to my new car and walked me through some stuff. She even offered to set up my bluetooth and answer any questions i had. She took a picture of me in front of my new car and text it to me. What blew my mind was that she isnt usually the one who comes out and helps the customers. she does more of the online stuff, maybe thats why she wasnt so pushy and very easy to talk to. Overall my experience was amazing! If i ever buy a car again I will be coming back and dealing with Tracy.

Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I chose this dealer to replace the water pump on my 2016 RAM 2500 6.7 diesel (under T-51 recall) based on posted reviews. There are 3 other dealers closer to my home, but I wanted to improve my chances of having the work done right the first time. I spoke with Jeff (service manager) at 10 AM and he advised that they had a water pump in stock. I asked when I could have it installed, and that I would need to wait on site because the dealership is nearly an hour away. To my shock, he said to be there at 1 PM so the truck could cool down before starting the repair. I usually change my own oil, but I wanted to give them at least some "real" business, so I asked for an oil change as well. The showroom/waiting area is well appointed with comfortable furniture, TV, WiFi, water and snacks.
Sales, service and parts staff are all friendly and unusually approachable. Once John Coldewey (the general manager of the 3 Mike Patton dealerships) approached us and introduced himself, we then understood why this dealership is so outstanding--servant leadership. We were made to feel like special guests. As we chatted, Stephen (service advisor) let us know the work was finished. It was just after 4 PM.
Stephen went over the bill with us: Water pump, no charge; interlock inspection, no charge; oil change, no charge! He said it was included when we purchased the truck in August on 2016---in Bellevue, Washington. He then handed me a gallon of Mopar coolant in case the radiator "burped" on the way home and needed additional coolant. (It didn't). No charge!!
Needless to say, I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I'm 66 years old and have bought countless cars from countless dealers, but Mike Patton now has a customer for life.

Over the phone you are not important, I live 9hrs away they have a truck i want. I tried to deal with them over the phone but was getting no response. Said they would call in the morning and didn't. When I called in I was told directly that I wasn't as important as walk in customers. So i just kept getting shuffled to the back. Wow not a great way to treat customers, my money is green too. I'm not a tire kicker, I told him I was ready to buy as soon as they gave me a number for my trade in. Disappointed, my truck search continues......

I had a bad experience at the beginning with my purchase. The Jeep renegade I bought had issues with the sunroof and they had to replace it. Also I had some issues with the service department after. We came from Smiths Alabama to look at a Honda ridgeline we found online ,we were a bit apprehensive at buying a car in Atlanta ,because we have had issues in the past .Monti was our sales rep,and let me tell you .all of our worries were for naught .She met us early in the day and stuck with us until closing ,her patience with us was amazing .They valued our trade fairly and due to the changes we made in our financing probably had to redo the paperwork several times .I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and I can say that this was clearly one of the best experiences at car buying I have had !

Nick Neessen the Finance Manager is a manipulater, he is dishonest and tried to coerce a kid into financing at 25% and a car payment of $748 per month. He falsified the finance application, and the department of revenue paperwork. I would never ever recommend this company.
