What can I say? After having a few too many horrible exeperinces at another FIAT dealer on the northern side of Atlanta, I brought my little 500 to Don Jackson FIAT. And let me tell you this has been the best service experience! I had a list of items to be looked at and a few the prior dealer did not fix correctly. Chuck, the service manager, was great and quickly got to the issues at hand. My car was into its extended warranty phase and there was an item that they didn't cover. Chuck was nice enough to cut the labor costs for me since the warranty wouldn't cover that particular item. They serviced and repaired my car within 3 days and even washed her up and vacuumed her out! A nice surprise! I know where I'll be taking my car for all her future services. Thanks!!

I bought my fiat in nov. and a month later I had an oil leak so I took it to the service dept and they said it was engine dressing. I still had the problem and called to take back and at that time they had no fiat technician and could not schedule me. They should have fixed it the first times I was there. I had to take my car to Mountain Valley in Blue Ridge which is two hours from my home. They found the problem and fixed my car. I had to leave it there for a week, but they got me a rental car. Next time I will buy my Fiat there.
