Accommodating, - Colorado land
I bought a vehicle from a used dealer in woodstock ga,car buyer usa car turned out to be a money pit within my first tank of gas, I needed to get out of the deal but they wouldn't help. Daniel with Southtown Chevrolet worked out a trade with a new Chevrolet Colorado with rebates that made my purchase a reasonable relief from the land rover that wouldn't drive over asphalt. Thank you South Town I think I'll buy from them as I drive forward.
Absolute Trash - nrosa1
The good reviews on here are soo fake it's laughable. I have purchased multiple cars from Hennessy and they've been pretty decent, but the service center is absolute trash. Go read all the 1 star reviews, they're absolutely true. They lie to you and count on people just saying "yes" and not asking any questions. If they get a halfway informed customer in there who questions them, you can see the panic on their faces. They were supposed to grab the manager to speak with me, but I'm guessing the manager just told them not to charge me for the diagnosis and send me on my way, car problem NOT fixed, because that's exactly what happened. I have to say I'm a little surprised because service on the sales side has always been pretty good, but seeing how they take advantage of their customers in Service/Parts I will never return to Hennessy for anything. And I've purchased my last 3 cars here.

I saw a listing online for a car I had been searching for with good mileage for months. I saw that the car was located in Athens and I was a little weary about traveling so fat. I called the dealership and spoke to Kim, she was an amazing help. She was so friendly and informative and that encounter really made me feel like I should make that trip. Kim set me up with an appointment that day. Thirty minutes later I recieved an email from my car Salesman, Jake. The video was personally for me! Showing me the car and telling me he was going to be there once I reach. Which I loved!! Jake catered to my needs and then we went on to the purchase. The next day I came to retrieve the car but I had a different Salesman, which Jake had already called and alerted me. Evan, was a great help! He was so patient and I was very frustrated but he made sure I got all the things I needed and that he did his best to assist. Finally ending with speaking to the manager and signing my contracts. The manager was so friendly and welcoming. This dealership was an amazing first experience. I saw nothing but smiles from the receptions desk to my dealers cubical. I am glad I decided to make the trip to Athens. Thank you so much! I am more than pleased!

Calvin Hardy aims to please. What a nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant sales person. We were just beginning to look at cars on a Sunday afternoon and before we knew it, we were negotiating on a almost new Buick, Lacrosse. We couldn't resist the price and the quick check out time made fo r a pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good car for a great price.

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
