Easy, Kind, and wonderful service! - mercguy
I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked me if I needed help and I said I was looking at a new Mercedes they had on the lot. He went straight inside and got me keys and allowed me to get to know the car and take my time with it. He offered me a test drive that I took, and it drove fantastic. He then let me take a few pictures of the vehicle and take my time with it once again. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel stressed, and I didn't feel pressured (Like some dealerships will make us feel.), and it was a great experience. I was asked for my contact information, which I proudly gave, and I was on my way to make the decision if I wanted to purchase or not. It's been nearly 2 weeks, my email hasn't been blown up, and they are really leaving the decision to me and that's they way all dealerships should treat their clients!!! Let them walk away, and comeback when the time is right for them. That's the way car buying should always be. I definitely recommend Cronic Chevrolet for great service. And when you get there, ask for ConNeilous! He's a wonderful Sales Assistant! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Cronic Chevrolet and I strongly advise you make your next car purchase there!!!

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Beware of this Dealership - GMCOwner
I bought a certified 2015 truck a month ago and at first everything looked good however, the next day, after a close inspection, we noticed that the paint on the hood and other areas of the truck did not look right. Come to find out that the truck had been repainted. My guess, this was probably hail damage. This was not on the Carfax and was never disclosed to us even though the truck was certified. I brought this to the attention of the sales person and the manager and instead of apologizing for something they said was missed, they quickly told me that they weren't obligated to help if they didn't want to since the truck was used and the sale was over. I couldn't believe they were treating me this way after we had gone thru a very friendly exchange during the sale. If I had known the truck was repainted i would not have bought it since I didn't know what the history was. After some arguing they agreed to repaint the hood only but nothing else. There was only 2 spots in the truck I wanted fixed, even though the whole truck seemed to have been repainted and 2 rear window and back stop lenses have been replaced. Their mindset is to make a sale now but they do not care about there customers afterwards. I had already planned to go back and buy 2 more vehicles from them because I was happy with how the sale went but they chose to lose several thousands dollars in sales rather than to spend a few dollars up front. Very unprofessional people. I will never go back.

Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.

Poor Service - Unsatisfied Customer
I was charged over $1600 for an antifreeze leak that I was assured was 100% fixed when I picked up my car. After a few days I noticed the leak was back. I took my car back to Walker Cadillac Buick GMC and was told by the service department that it was another issue. The customer service was very rude and nasty. Before they started work on the car I asked them to complete a full inspection and to let me know all that was wrong. Now that the car is still leaking antifreeze, and they have ripped me off, they don't want to take responsibility for not doing the job right. Basically I just paid them to do nothing. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.

Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.
