The Service Team was very informative, and helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. However, they did not provide the answer we were looking for, they stood by what they said. Meaning, that we the customer is not always correct in what they assume. The Service Team provided us with everything that they were given direction to provide, as per company standards. This was our first visit with this Service Team since the original company we purchased our vehicle through was taken over by another company. As we understand it, they do NOT provide all of the same services that the prior company's service team provided.

I am unable to rate the service center, since I am a first time buyer at this dealership. The pleasant approach and the willingness to listen to my limited and sometimes grumpy demeanor, I'm 67 and a former Marine, was met with patience and understanding of my needs. I would recommend this approach to any dealership that has the ability to listen and learn from these fine folks. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have despised each and every moment with the dealerships I have worked with during the process of buying a new vehicle. I provided Donnie and Gavin my limitations with regards to my purchase and their honesty and willingness to work with me made this experience worth the 2 hours of my life that was invested in this purchase. Please don't misunderstand, the dealership made it's profit and I stayed with-in my budget. It was a fair exchange and a financial agreement that benefited us both.

Calvin Hardy aims to please. What a nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant sales person. We were just beginning to look at cars on a Sunday afternoon and before we knew it, we were negotiating on a almost new Buick, Lacrosse. I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
