So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call.
When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour.

My wife and I were involved in an accident that resulted in my car beging totaled so we began our search for a truck as we have a 1 year old son and had two Mustang GTs, we went to Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to talk to Rob Neilson and he paired us with Sean Manzione and we told him we were looking for a Charger RT or a 4 door truck with a tow package. Without hesitation he brought us a 2016 Big Horn Ram 1500 and we loved it but as we were financing through my credit union they wanted the price lower and the mileage lower so we told Sean our price range and without missing a beat he showed us a Delmonico Red 2016 Ram 1500 Express and got the price BELOW where we needed it to be. He also listened to us and wasn't pushy and was just an all around great saleman to work with and when we go back to get my wife a SUV we will most certainly work with him and we will recommend him and Rob to everyone we know.

All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. High Pressure...not worth the drive - F150
Found the Jeep we wanted on autotrader at what looked to be a great price. Internet department was very responsive and setup a time to drive over ( 3 hours one way ). Got there and the internet person I had talked with handed me off to a salesperson. Negotiations were VERY minimum, low ball trade in offer, final price was not discussed with salesperson or sales manager ( Note: This is when I should have walked out but unfortunately I didn't ). Enter the finance person to start the sales pitch for extended warranties. We turned that down and thought it was over. When we got to his office the pressure really turned up. I refused several times so he brought in another guy to do a tag team of the high pressure sales of warranties. We finally caved in and bought one ( again I should have left ). When all was said and done we payed more than we would have locally, basically the internet price went way up with all the add on's and fees. Fast forward, we get the Jeep and drive home, find that it has a huge scratch on the hood. Contact the dealer and setup an appt to take it back for repair, drove 3 hours, got a rental, gave them one week to complete, drive back over 3 hours one way, pick up the jeep and the scratch is still visible, called and refused to drive back over there again and wanted it repainted. They agreed. Took to local Jeep dealership and had the hood painted. I will say they did make it right after some back and forth.
Overall....High pressure....very low trade in value....pushy sales of warranties. But did make it right in the end. Buyer beware.

The sales manager, general manager, finance manager, detail person and everyone else involved were very friendly and helpful. They pulled a finance manager and detail person from the Toyota dealership in order to stay in out time table. I am some what a car junkie and buy new car very often so am very familiar with car purchases. With this said I would strongly recommend this dealership.

Over the phone you are not important, I live 9hrs away they have a truck i want. I tried to deal with them over the phone but was getting no response. Said they would call in the morning and didn't. When I called in I was told directly that I wasn't as important as walk in customers. So i just kept getting shuffled to the back. Wow not a great way to treat customers, my money is green too. I'm not a tire kicker, I told him I was ready to buy as soon as they gave me a number for my trade in. Disappointed, my truck search continues......

I spoke with three different people at the dealership about intermittent issues with my soft top Sebring, was assured they had resources to address the issue, and was told to set an appointment which I did.
After showing up early for the appointment due to my work schedule, I was told that nobody really knows how to diagnose electrical/computer issues of this type, but they’d take a look at it for a diagnostic fee which I thought was fair.
Unfortunately days later they had not even taken the car in to look at it so I picked it up and brought it home untouched. The car has only 45k miles but is no longer a reliably convertible convertible. The reaction of the service department was essentially ‘meh, too bad so sad.’
I can’t rate service or price since after 5 days neither is applicable.

Went there to see a truck we saw online. The finance person told us it would be a better purchase if we got a newer track because we could get better flexibility with financing. However, after sitting there for three hours they said there was a misunderstanding and they were talking about the initial truck we came to look at. When we asked to speak to the finance manager he didn’t even have the xxxxx to come out and speak to us. The general manager came out to speak with us. He was a pompous, derogatory jerK. Stay far away from this dealership.

I took my company work truck in for a simple flat repair. After being told that it would be a 1/2 hour to repair the tire, I agreed to wait. After an hour of waiting the truck had not moved from where they had parked it. I asked the service writer if she could build a fire under the shop people because I needed to get back to the job site. She responded that they were waiting for a lift that would lift a 1 ton truck. Since when do you need a lift to remove 1 tire!!! At the 2 hour mark, the service writer brought me the #10 screw that been in the tire and said that the tire was repairable, which was bull!! The screw was 3" from the side wall. Long story short they where trying to get me to buy tires. I took the tire to another shop to only find out that the tech at Akins had ruined the tire with his attempt to repair the tire. I will never darken their door again! This was my 2nd visit to this dealership. The 1st was for a oil change that took 2 hours with an appointment.

My wife and I had been looking for the right used vehicle for a while and found it at Nash Chevrolet. Jeff Campbell was really great to work with. I felt like he was there to help rather than to just sell and he went above and beyond when he discovered that there was only one set of keys. He contacted the previous owners who had the second set and mailed them to us within a week.

Tried to do business here. Felt like many others, I should have read their reviews and the lack of positive reviews as well. I'll sum this up for you quick, jack xxxxx, bad attitudes and condescending. I'm far more educated then anyone in that building. What I don't understand is how the ownership can allow a staff this poor to continue to work for them. The car business is way to competitive. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere or do like I did buy in Tennessee. No games, better pricing, upfront great customer service and Sales staff that know how to treat potential customers. Don't bother trying to contact me for an explanation, you already know you're a terrible dealership.
