I had been window shopping on the internet and found an F-150 I liked somewhere else. That particular dealer talked a good game to get in the doors but then clearly did not want to put effort into the sale. Almost has if I was a bother. still went forward and then things went south. No discussions, no options for finance. Basically take it or leave it... left it. I was given Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta has a good place to go to. They responded immediately via email and phone call. I was there that evening and Victor Sevilla made the magic happen along with Manager and Finance team. The process was pleasant, quick, and very comfortable. Victor listen to my needs and provided realistic honest options. In fact several and spent the time to review each one. Victor was awesome to work with and will be sending folks to him. I have worked in the dealership business and I can honestly say I was impress from the moment Amber Matthews responded to my search to working with Victor. I will be back to Angela Krause Ford for my Ford services and future purchases.

The respect, courtesy, and transparency that I have experienced from the staff at Pugmire is unparalleled. It is obvious that this dealership has not lost touch with its family roots because each time you are there, they treat you like family. The sales staff is wonderful and the service staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you while your vehicle is being checked out. They always have a great selection of vehicles and I highly recommend them to any millennials that are looking for a pleasant and smooth car buying experience and after purchase service care! Pat the service supervisor is phenomenal and I recommend introducing yourself bc he really cares about everyone who brings their cars in. Rodney is also phenomenal.
Also I recommend my MKC reserve. The safety features are so awesome and you'd need to experience them to believe them. Go test drive one!

I worked with Navid Khazeie on the purchase of my 2017 F150. Navid did a great job finding the truck I needed and provided all of the research for me. Service upselling out of control - Adh123
I purchased 4 Navigators from this dealership over the past 16 years, and have been happy with sales and service for most of the time, untill recently where service department upselling got out of control... they plain lied on a paid diagnostic: told me parts were broken while they were clearly not. Got my car repaired at different shop for $700 instead of $4600 and will likely never visit Jacky Jones Lincoln Mercury in Gainesville again, because the trust is broken, and they have their own interest above that of their customers.
Convertible Mustang - Al62
Javada Gresham was our sales rep and was outstanding. We found the car online and were from out of state. My wife loves her newer Mustang. I was pleased with everyone met at the dealership except for the finance guy. Long story but I was not impressed with him. He seemed rushed and was not detailed in explaining to me some things. The five star rating is for Javada. See him for your next car!

Had an appointment for 10 truck was not taken in until 1030. Why the so called mechanic is working on my truck he is telling someone else he thinks it’s a blown fuse although it was just checked by another dealership that said it wasn’t. Charlie will try and guilt you into paying more don’t fall for his unprofessional antics
Salesman lied to us! - Kimmie
We purchased a used vehicle 2016 Ford Focus this vehicle only had twenty thousand miles on it. We ask the salesman if this vehicle had ever been in the shop before and he said no. We only had put 600 miles on the vehicle and it started making a noise and jerking. We found documentation in the car from the other owner that it had been in the shop once before. We contacted the sales manager and told him what was going on and he said to bring it to service department and he would do anything he possibly could to help us and he would contact the service department and let them know that we were coming in. Well we went to the service department and they were as nice as they could be but the sales manager had not contacted them whatsoever. We found out that they have to replace the clutch in the car and that the car had been in the shop twice before. We are very upset with this sales team and would not recommend them at all to buy a new car or used car. We were lied to not once but three times.
