I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment for 3 issues on my new 2018 F150, which I purchased elsewhere. They were supper helpful and called me a few times to make sure I knew the truck would be there for several days. I fully expected it to be there awhile, but the calls certainly were meant to make sure I KNEW this. They reassigned the service advisor a few times, in an attempt to have them available when I picked the truck up. I ended up with Haley White and was completely satisfied with her efforts and the completion of the work.

The service manager Bob Heinze went way beyond quality service - to 5 star or 10 star service by helping me get my vehicle scheduled in for service and to have some minor issues checked out. Bob stayed in contact with me through the entire process and he was genuinely concerned about my questions and my satisfaction to the work being done on my car. This type of service and attention to detail is why I drive 50 plus miles to Pugmire to have my Lincoln MKZ serviced at Pugmire.

Service upselling out of control - Adh123
I purchased 4 Navigators from this dealership over the past 16 years, and have been happy with sales and service for most of the time, untill recently where service department upselling got out of control... they plain lied on a paid diagnostic: told me parts were broken while they were clearly not. Got my car repaired at different shop for $700 instead of $4600 and will likely never visit Jacky Jones Lincoln Mercury in Gainesville again, because the trust is broken, and they have their own interest above that of their customers.
Convertible Mustang - Al62
Javada Gresham was our sales rep and was outstanding. We found the car online and were from out of state. My wife loves her newer Mustang. I was pleased with everyone met at the dealership except for the finance guy. Long story but I was not impressed with him. He seemed rushed and was not detailed in explaining to me some things. The five star rating is for Javada. See him for your next car!

Had an appointment for 10 truck was not taken in until 1030. Why the so called mechanic is working on my truck he is telling someone else he thinks it’s a blown fuse although it was just checked by another dealership that said it wasn’t. Charlie will try and guilt you into paying more don’t fall for his unprofessional antics

I made an offer on a truck contingent that the truck be in a 100% state of repair and the dealership agreed. When I showed up, two issues were prominent. The first issue that was noticed was the tire pressure sensor fault. I asked that the reason for this code to be taken care of and they agreed. The second issue was a squealing belt(s). They agreed to take care of this issue as well. They were unable to complete repairs before I left the dealership and I agreed to take delivery on the truck the following week (6 days later). When I took delivery, the truck appeared to be ok. That afternoon, not long after receiving the truck, the tire pressure sensor issue resurfaced. The following day, the belt let go and cracked the fan shroud. I contacted the salesman and he said that a representative from the dealership would contact me. I waited until the following day and called back that resulted in me leaving a message. I tried contacting the dealership everyday after that and nobody from management ever returned my phone calls. I finally called the bank to find out that they had requested the funds from the loan. The bank representative called and we spoke with a gentleman named John. He assured me that he would call me back that day to have the truck picked up. I asked that they return the funds and accept the truck back. He insisted on another attempt on them fixing the truck. They have not called me back nor answered my calls since then. In short, they scammed me into a truck they should have never sold and that I am stuck with.
