Unexpectedly, I was in need of a vehicle. After extensive research, I narrowed my search down to two possible vehicles. Ideally, they were both located at MOG Mini. Their online services conveniently allowed me to enter my information and confirm the vehicle's availability. The following morning, John (Sales Mgr) contacted me and assured assistance as well as confirmed availability of both vehicles. He had someone text me a video of both cars. John coordinated my visit with Michael. Upon my arrival to MOG Mini, I was pleasantly greeted by Michael Albertson, Sales Advisor. Although one of the cars I was interested in was sold minutes prior to my visit, Michael's reactive and empathetic response assured me nothing would stand in his way of helping us. He patiently listened to my requests (which didn't give him a lot of wiggle room) and showed us options that met my requirements, both aesthetically and financially. After narrowing down his offerings, he located my desired vehicle in NC. He and John easily met our price and began coordinating the vehicle transfer. Michael noticed my insecurities and paused our business transaction. Because the vehicle wasn't physically present, I was very unsure with my decision. Michael was beyond transparent, educated, and friendly. He, again, took additional time to educate us and provided facts on why the vehicle met my requirements. He switched roles from "sales guy" to "human" and with emotional intelligence, calmed my nerves and allowed me a moment to breathe. Honestly, his calm nature eliminated all pressures and insecurities which was the convincing factor in our decision. After confirming if I was ready to move forward, Michael introduced us to Paul, the finance guy. Paul has a cool and collected demeanor. We negotiated a wonderful interest rate and with his educated input, purchased the appropriate warranty. After finalizing our purchase, I was given a loaner vehicle until my car arrived. Within three days, my car arrived. After test driving and confirming my purchase was indeed what was promised, Michael educated and showed me all of the new car features. This MOG Mini team should be cloned! They're exceptional and very well versed in their line of business. They don't miss a beat, are seamless, and ensure they meet customer value. Michael was a life saver and I can't thank him enough. His professionalism, transparency, charisma, and understanding were superb. I 110% recommend his services to whomever is in the market.

Second Mini Cooper Purchase - kakraeger
I recently purchased my second Mini Cooper from MINI of Kennesaw. After a serious car accident a few months ago, my Mini was totaled. I was very lucky to have only minor injuries from the accident. When MINI of Kennesaw heard about my accident, they reached out to provide any assistance necessary. They provided a loaner car for a week to give us time to work out details. When we were ready to buy, MINI of Kennesaw found the exact car I wanted, had it shipped, and got it ready for me.
Our experience with our sales person, Vince was fantastic! He came through with exactly what we were looking for and made it so easy to close this deal. The finance manager was also very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this Mini dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Mini Cooper.
In addition, I would also recommend this dealer for regular Mini maintenance and service. The technicians are excellent, as are the Service Managers.

Buyer Beware. After buying a Mini Cooper from this dealer and spending thousands on repairs there, I wasn't aware that Global Imports Mini has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had known that. I bought my Mini Cooper brand new from Global Imports Mini several years ago. Starting at about 60,000 miles, I started experiencing major engine issues, despite having the car regularly serviced. I paid $3,000 for repair services last summer on my Mini Cooper, most of it to engine work.
Then in November, I took my car to Global Imports for an oil change before a trip, but was told that I was not due for an oil change yet. The service mgr. told me they would do a complementary 24 point inspection (which should include checking the oil level) and told me to only come in when the change oil light came on.
On December 10, my check engine light came on, so on (four months after engine repairs.) I took my car to Global Imports the next day to check out the problem. The service manager said the engine problem was caused by the oil being low, and that low oil jammed the solenoid valve which he recommended be replaced, along with an oil change. He said I would soon need a new oil pan seal, another $1,100 service. He estimated the day's charges would be about $500 and that would fix the engine problem for now. I told him to go ahead with the repair.
Thirty minutes later, the service mgr. called & said the car was ready. I paid $449.66 and started the car but before I left the parking lot, the Check Engine light came back on. I turned the car around and returned to service. About 2 hrs later, the service mgr. said the "low oil" warped the timing belt, which would be an additional $3k to repair. I reminded him that the $449.66 I just paid was supposed to fix the problem, so he said he would ask his manager about refunding at least part of the $449.66 I paid to fix problem. The next day, he called & said his manager will not return any portion of the $449.66. I wrote a letter to the dealership's general manager about what happened, but received no response. I contacted the national office & they responded, but, they were not able to resolve the issue with this dealer. After months of dealing with the complaint, the case worker called and said the Global Imports manager told them he tried to contact me several times and left voice mails. I told her this is not true--no one contacted me and my correct phone number was on all correspondence. She said the service mgr. was waiting for my call and gave me his direct number. I immediately called him, left a voice mail and he never returned my call. That was several weeks ago. I decided to check the Better Business Bureau on Global Imports Mini and discovered their rating is "F" the lowest rating. The reason for the rating? They do not respond to complaints. My exact problem.
If you buy a car or have it serviced at Global Imports Mini, and you have any sort of problem, they will not respond to your complaint.
