My boyfriend and I went car shopping about a month ago at Heritage Dodge, after leaving without purchasing he was contacted by Heritage Chevy with some great deals. We went in and met with Dante who was very personable and funny, he made the experience very easy and was honest with us about everything throughout the transaction. We weren't there all day like some dealerships, they sent someone to get the car while we did the paper work and a few minutes after we were done the car was ready to go. My boyfriend loves the car and we would definitely recommend going to Dante for your car buying needs. Thanks again for the great professional service!

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. Went to fix my Saab about a year ago. Paid $1400 for fixing steering, breaks problems but nothing was done. I called and asked if repairs actually took place, and I was told yes. Never will come again and never recommend anyone.

These are Great people at a Great dealership!
I expected to be treated well when I was buying.
And at most dealers after you buy the car the honeymoon is over.
It is not that way at Anchor!
A few weeks after I bought my car I had some questions.
I went in to ask and was sure that I would get the "I've never heard of that before routine" But that didn't happen.
They really listened to what I was saying. And had answers that made sense. No double talk, no run around. They even called me a day later to make sure I felt confident that their answers were correct.
At 800 miles I had a warranty issue. (1st year car and I expected some things to be amiss.)
I saw the problem on a Friday and got there at 5:30pm, and the service dept closes at 6. I was hoping they would at least look at it and get it in the shop the following week.
To my surprise they not only looked at it and saw the problem. They put me in a really nice loaner and ordered the parts. I don't know how they got parts delivered by Monday but they did it.
Tuesday I was driving my baby again.
The service mechanics are top notch also. They fixed it correctly and in one shot. I know for a fact this was a 6 hour job at any shop. But they didn't rush it out the door just to get it done. They took care not to leave me with any new problems while working on my car. Nothing has seemed more important to them than my satisfaction. And I'm still smiling 13 months later.
When I bought my car from Anchor I didn't realize I was getting more than just the car.
It's a great feeling knowing that.
